Honestly I thought this place was something better with how they represented themselves in the beginning but truly if you are looking for a job I wouldnt waste my time here. Theres a lot better places that actually value their workers and appreciate what they do. If you wanna go back to being in a place like high school where everywhere you turn are snakes then go ahead and apply. But if you want to be valued for what you do and take pride in the highly suggest somewhere else.

Harps has great deals on needs. Harps meats are quality meats. The pick 5 means is an awesome deal, they even have fake crab meat lol. They make their bread fresh there daily. It is light and delicious. Make sure you grab some if you visit hearts. Its an old-fashioned, employee owned store that feels rather nostalgic. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I hope they work on their parking lot.

Cake was absolutely delicious. Strawberry with cream cheese icing!!! Yum! Not a bite left.

Medium sized neighborhood grocery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Limited.brands to pick from but a good variety of items. Store very clean, well stocked and easy to get in and get out. Not very competitive with the larger stores. Common convince item prices like C store...ie 12 pack of cokes $6.99.

The prices are higher than Walmart or Kroger, they are a small chain, you have to make money. We go here for the Keto Bread that the other two stores mentioned above do not carry. Also, we love the chicken tenders from the deli. We also order all our cakes from here, wedding cake to birthday cakes, best prices and the cakes are amazingly designed and delicious. No one has ever been rude, Ive asked several times for employees to look in the back to see if an item is there....they are always helpful. The meat sales are also a reason we go.

Give me a great displeasure to write this review. Is my experience with harps grocery store is usually very pleasant with the girls that usually be in the cigarette department. But on today the young lady with the blonde hair was very rude didnt say thank you And was on her phone the entire time. Young lady you are not doing the customer favor by them spending their money. I will definitely wait until the normal young ladies are on duty.

A true home town vibe with all the big city options!

The store is laid out well and kept clean and orderly. They didnt have a couple specific items I was looking for but they did have the majority of what I needed which got food on the table that day. Also the store doesnt ever seem too busy or packed, instead having a steady flow of patrons, which is great if you like avoiding crowds.

Usually has the products we need, always has friendly & helpful employees.

This is my favorite grocery store. Friendly, helpful staff, all wearing masks. Awesome Boars Head deli and fresh bakery with bread made on-site. Easy to locate items. All name brands as well as Best-Choice label. Well-stocked frozen and dairy section. Local butchers.

It has unique deli items & i like the slower relaxed environment.

I love this HARPS!!! It is very convenient and never crowded! They dont have everything in the world like the bigger stores, but they still have a great selection and usually what I need! The staff is always friendly and efficiant. They have a fun game in during the summer like my kids like to play! They also have a great bakery that can make any type birthday cake you want!

The cake department has made us two birthday cakes and completely blown me away on both! Love this place!

They have great prices and pleasant employees. Some products werent there but they did have an alternative that was cheaper.

I usually love this store, it’s right next to where I live but today when I went in to purchase alcohol I had a bad experience. I wish I would’ve gotten the cashiers name but she was rude. I handed her my paper I.D. (I just got my license renewed in Alabama) she hardly even glanced at it before just saying “No”. I’ve haven’t had this problem before at this store, they usually scan the back and I’m good to go. I’m not gonna say I won’t come back because I will, I just wish customer service was better than what it was.

Love Harps. Martha Harps fried chicken is the best. I eat the crumbs left over in package.

Nice small town kind of grocery store. But it has its own gas station right next to it. Has just about anything you need in the store. Prices and sales are clearly marked and they have a little clearance bin.

Best thing Harps has going on is there meat dept.... Your gonna get a fairly good cut at a reasonable price plus the best tasting meat from any market here in town. Great service everyday from meat dept. Employees is guaranteed

The store is always very clean amd well stocked. This the best place to get vegetables and backed goods but beware the prices on regular items. Itd be better to shop around before buying milk or cleaning supplies from here.

We love Harps. Its a regional chain of employee-owned grocery stores. Last night I ran in just before closing to get some of their donuts for Christmas morning. They have the best crullers and cinnamon rolls anywhere. We prefer their meat department to those of larger chains. Their deli and bakery are exceptional. Everything is fresh and house-made, and at supper time you cant beat their fried chicken, fish, okra, country-style green beans...

Service was good . . but having a 50 year.old go back out to get his ID for a pack of cigarettes. Is ridiculous.

Best grocery store in the benton/bryant area, if not the whole central Arkansas. My husband and I literally shop there everyday, or e every other day.

These folks are crazy. I have never seen food as high. Example a pac Bars bologna at Harps $4.50 / same pac of bologna at walmart .98 cents. I guess they have gold in them there packages of bologna.

Nice clean store. Butcher was very helpful and cut some meat for me per my request and even gave me a discount. Prices are reasonable and competitive, but some items are cheaper at Kroger and Walmart some of the time.

This is a wonderful Harps! Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. Harps has a special small town grocery store feel that makes you feel at home rather than like youre just another zombie walking the aisles of a larger, less friendly store. The bakery and deli have great food, especially chicken!

I like Harps for lots of reasons but have you tried their Chicken Salad in the deli??? Probably the best Ive ever had. Wanna try sometime new? Grab some chicken salad and croissants and you got dinner! Yum!

Sat waiting for my online order that harps told me was ready for pick up 30 minutes prior to me arriving at the store. Parked in the designated area and let them know I was there. Waited about 10 minutes before I get a text saying nobody can bring my order out and to pick up in store. I had to call and talk to someone who said there is someone that can bring it out and they’ll be out with my order. I hoped harps had it together when it came to their customers orders but I guess not. Will not be shopping at harps again.

Always clean, store employees are friendly, and everything you need can be found there. Smaller store, so if you hate going to big chain stores and walking a mile to stand in line waiting for one exhausted, likely new cashier to finally make it to you, only after the person before you needs a supervisor, now theres another problem, they cant ring up alcohol because theyre not 21, dont worry, we wont mention Wal-Mart by name...well then, HARPS Is your store. People tend to dress more appropriately there as well. 😁

Very nice grocery store. Excellent bakery! Try the Canolis, they are FABULOUS! The meat department is really good too. Butchers are on site and will prepare what you need. Meat prices are the best I have found. I shop here regularly.

The store is very clean and neat. The layout of the store is easy to follow.If one does have a problem with finding something it is easy to find an employee and they actually know where the item is!!!The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Prices are a little high, but service is often fast and staff are mostly knowledgeable. Has a great produce section and bakery. If you need a custom cake, this is your place. I also recommend the steakhouse potato salad.

Friendly staff and a clean store are 2 things you can always count on at Harps. However, they do NOT carry organic items, hormone free meats or gluten free products and for these reasons I don’t get to shop at Harps very much.

Got a unicorn cake done here for my daughters birthday. They did an okay job. Not exactly what I asked for but my child loved it. 4 stars because the cake wasnt exactly right and it seems only about 1/2 of the employees in the bakery know what they are talking about. Got told a few different things on price, etc.

I should have gone to Kroger.Today I picked up about $30 worth of groceries. The cashier rang me up and said, That will be $52. I told him that couldnt be right, and he started to argue with me.It turns out he rang me up for $20 worth of items i didnt have in my basket. It was way too casual for him to insist that i was wrong, and it made me suspect that they are probably in a regular habit of ripping people off, particularly this stores typically geriatric customer base. The manager did apologize for the delay, but said nothing about his impudent cashier that was trying to overcharge me.The customer is always right? Not when Harps is trying to steal from you.I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HARPS AGAIN. Good riddance.

I didn’t feel like walking around to much at Kroger today so I went to harps again. It’s about the third or fourth time I’ve been. I like the environment, it’s slower paced then big box grocery stores which is nice since I have a young child with me. From what I’ve noticed they have some different products I haven’t seen at other grocery stores which is nice to have some different options. It’s very organized and clean. Prices are fairly competitive, on some items they have some opportunity to be more competitive but overall it’s a positive experience and worth it in the end. I still shop at Kroger 9/10 because of online shopping with coupons and delivery to the car but I will return to harps for speciality items and or things I can only get there. I highly recommend the rainbow cookies....it was seriously one of the best cookies I have ever had and my daughter loved it to.

Its a real grocery store. Not super fancy but a great place to look for random odds and ends. Wish they sold bison and lamb but what can you do.
