I’ve been coming to Chet and his team for well over 20 years, for service on my mother’s Mercedes. Hands down 100% I fully trust these guys with all the advice and repairs they have preformed every single time. I would say I bring the car in on average 3 to 4 times a year for numerous services. The timing and the pricing are very fail. They do a great job. They are the only ones I trust. You can not go wrong, and no reason to go anywhere else. They are polite and explain everything clearly. You are always treated with respect and not made to feel inferior like some shops due to your lack of car knowledge. They are not pushy or intimidating either when it comes to service. SUPER customer service and turnaround time. I got a tire pressure light on. I checked all four tires and found no issue. First thing next morning I Took the car to Berkeley Auto. They gladly helped and found low tire pressure in my spare tire in the trunk. They patiently explained the issue to me as well. All that for $0 charge. I’ve serviced my car there before but didn’t expect free consultation and prompt service this time around. Thank you so much!
