I recently moved into the area and was welcomed with a deer hitting my SUV! Insurance covered the repair and one of the approved shops was Whitenight. My vehicle went into the shop beginning of May and I had a rental car from insurance for the duration of the repair. Dave did not even charge me the deductible, for which I was very appreciative.When the vehicle was done, they cleaned the car up (interior/exterior) nicer than it was before. I also had them repair a wheel bearing issue separate from the deer hit. Dave called me recently, a couple weeks after the final repair to ask how the vehicle was running.The insurance repair took longer than I thought it would (about 1 month total). This due largely to waiting for parts to arrive from dealers.My only complaint would be that when I called to get updates, it was uncommon to get a hold of Dave immediately, and a return phone call sometimes didnt happen.Overall, Whitenight does great work and I would recommend them, with the caveat that you may need to exercise patience. But good things come to those who wait for them.

Stopped to get a possible appointment for my car. They are backed up 2to 3 months no time to get it in. He knows some.guus that might fix it temporarily. Very nice gentleman helped me and I would recommend anyone to Whitenights Auto Body.

If you are reading this hopefully you haven’t taken your car there yet. This guy is the very worst shop I have ever worked at. The guy is a mental case. And IF a you have already taken you car there you need to see the pictures that he has sent to your insurance company for the final assignment you may just see a lot more damage than you know about.

A few years ago I had a motorcycle accident. They repaired a panel for me and it looked amazing all the way up to my last motorcycle accident a few weeks ago. Planning on having the same panel fixed again by this place.

Couldnt get a quote for non insurance claim. Guess cash doesnt work there. Took pictures, never bothered to call me back. discussed with a friend.. said the same thing.

My pick up truck has been there for the last 3 weeks for front end work was told ot would take a week to fix. Called to check on the vehicle 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for a call back. Insurance company cant get ahold of them. Highly recommend finding another body shop.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Every time you call either no one answers or Dave is out. Also nobody returns your calls, so you literally have to drive there and hunt someone down for answers. My vehicle has been there for 3 months and still is not finished. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you would like updates, communication or your vehicle finished in a reasonable amount of time. Absolutely ridiculous.

This guy is a crook. Paid him $17,000 to paint and fix my truck. It was raining when I picked my truck up so I wasn’t able to inspect it closely. The same scratches that he was supposed to fix was still there. Overspray on my bumper. Was supposed to order a new headlight cover. Same one that was there. Take it back to him and he said it was fixed correctly and calls the police. If i could post pictures I would. Worst service ever

These people will rip you off. My town and country got hit while parked. They put my new door on crooked. They cracked my front windshield while working on it.I brought it right back and they said they would have new windshield in the next week and would fix my door. Every time I called “he was out for the day” or when I showed up no one knew any information and he was “out”

My husband and I have used Whitenights twice now. They are quick and thorough. No complaints from us!

I was sent to them from the insurance company that handled a claim from someone hitting my car. Its was done in a half decent amount of Time they were professional had the rental car all set up for it to be there for when I needed for pick up and drop off etc .okay work for what was needed done
