Jesse is always professional and knowledgeable. I got a real good report today. Actually, somehow, my hearing has gotten better. WOW! Jesse said that theyre hearing center is moving from his Berwick office to next door to Ritas in that small plaza, in Bloomsburg. They will be located there within a couple of weeks. Hearing is very important so you should get checked every two years. Jesse also offers new ideas, and explains the different types of aids for better hearing.

He explained how it worked and taught me how to use the Beltone HearingMax app. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend Beltone and Mr. Lucht. Jesse Lucht was patient, professional and informative. Expected a “hard sell” but I’m pleased to say that the appointment not a sales pitch at all. If we decide to get a hearing device, Jesse is my first call. Also, appointment started on time and we were not rushed out even though our questions took us over 90 minutes. Well done.

HavePUrchased 3 sets of hear aids. Explained so a Senior citizen leaves knowing and satisfied.

It was good to get back to have my hearing aids cleaned. I wouldnt have minded the process taking 45 minutes except that much of the time was spent loading the computer with my personal details and details about my aids. A new system which does not update from the old is a poor one.

New office is nice. Jess is a compassionate, patient professional who listens intently and is always willing to make adjustments to the hearing aids.
