Rick was very friendly and helpful. I explained I was looking for a mattress for my guest bedroom. He showed me the options within the budget I stated, did not try to upsell me things I didn’t need. In fact, I ended up with a free foundation. Promised delivery within 2 days. Would recommend!

The young lady in the store was very helpful.. She helped me find what I was looking for. She had great customer service skills. The delivery went great Edward and Jose were promoted and courteous. Went over and beyond my expectations for the delivery!

Called to check availability of a box spring and the team in Berwyn was very helpful on the telephone. When we arrived at the store we were greeted and the transaction was efficient and as promised on the telephone. Overall a great experience.

I went here on 5/24/2021 the sales person Judy was very kind and helpful, Thank you. But I will never purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm again. I called about exchanging my mattress for a better quality and I was told by a salesperson I couldnt because mine was on clearance. When I talk to the person that sold me the mattress she explained to me I could exchange it for a better one, but Mattress Firm charges a 10% Restocking Fee and $99 for delivery so I would have to pay them about $130 extra to pickup the mattress. But as you can see nothing is noted on my receipt concerning this return or exchange fee. Now the sales person put the mattress in my truck and I drove it to my building and had it took to my unit. So why is it that I cant have it put back in my truck and take it to Mattress Firm warehouse? So this company makes money off you no matter what and they turn around and sale what you returned and make more money. If this is a normal sale situation I wouldnt know. Ive never returned a bed Ive purchased. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this information.

The employee was courteous and knowledgable about the product. The prices were reasonable. I hope I receive the same excellent service from the delivery employees tomorrow.

I am soooo HAPPY with Mattress Firm!!! I don’t know why I hadn’t stopped here first. After canceling my order at a furniture store for repeatedly rescheduling delivery date (a month after purchase and still no mattresses) because of a back order, I came here and I am happy we did. Judy was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. She helped my 3 teenagers pick out a comfy mattress. I was even able to take a mattress home with me the day of purchase and picked up the second mattress at the Countryside location too; which the employee there was also very nice and helpful. Delivery on the 3rd mattress is scheduled and I will receive in a couple days. I will definitely be recommending Mattress Firm to my family and friends. If you ever need to buy a new mattress or adjustable base there is only 1 place to go. Mattress Firm in Berwyn, Ill. Known as Berwyn Gateway. My mom had purchased an adjustable base and mattress a few months earlier. She is elderly and was having difficulties getting into the bed due to the height of the mattress. Vincent, our salesman, was awesome in finding her a lower mattress that was easier for her to get in and out of. Vincent is wonderful! Look no further than Berwyn Gateway. Ask for Vincent!

I was an unhappy online customer. Was asked to go into the store. Salesman was very nice. I ended up buying a different bed. Got offered the free base. I was happy. When I got home realized I may have made a mistake in not making g sure my mattress was compatible for this kind of base. So far so good.

I was back in my home town (Chicago area) visiting and needed to get a mattress for my Dad. We had a short time to search, purchase and get delivery. After visiting the store and working with Vincent Vega, who was very knowledgeable and professional, we were able to settle on a mattress. it was delivered when we wanted it to be delivered, on time and based on what my Dad told me, everyone was very professional and kind.
