Have used Premium 3 times now, unfortunately, but each time my vehicle has come back to me looking like brand new. Yes it took a little longer than expected, but when parts come delivered damaged there is not much you can do about it. The owner had always been great with keeping in touch with me on the status and also answering any of my questions or getting me answers to my questions. Definitely will recommend Premium Collison to all my friends.

Great place to take your vehicle for a repair. Our daughters car looks amazing!!! Someone hit and ran her car while she was at work. we were worried that her car wouldnt look the same. But when we picked it up it looked so nice!!! We couldnt even notice were it was damaged. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful!!!

I was recently rear ended in my brand new Jeep Wrangler, I was so worried it would never look the same because of all the damage. Premium went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep looked better than it did the day of purchase! I cannot recommend Nancy and her team enough, they are absolutely fantastic to work with.

I truly don’t understand how these guys get the reviews they do. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a collision center. For starters we were referred to them by South Hills Jeep so we figured they were a good reputable place to go to. So after our Jeep was in an accident at South Hills Jeep (one of their customers backed into our Jeep after an oil change) we took their advice and had our Jeep dropped off at Premium. Originally we were told it would only take a few days and it ended up taking them two weeks. It did cause some issues with timing with our vacation but no biggie as we had an equivalent rental that was provided by the faulty drivers insurance company. When we went to pick it up the Jeep was a mess! It was worse than when we dropped it off. The front hood alignment was off, the front fender alignment was off, the front bumper alignment was off, they damaged the paint around the headlights and the bumper, they damaged the fender flares with pry marks from a screw driver prying them off, and the headlight they replaced flickers. So needless to say we complained and they agreed to fix. Well the guy that told me they would fix it got fired so I had a small dispute with the owner. Afterwards she was kind and reluctantly agreed to fix their mistakes. So we dropped the Jeep off to them for yet almost another week. They tried only giving us a small rental car but after some arguing they agreed to rent us a vehicle close to our Jeep. Well when we went to pick up our Jeep for the second time there were still gaps around the bumper and fenders, some paint chips that were poorly filled in with touch up paint, and our headlight still flickers. Also what annoyed us the most we were told they were close by and they were about 45 minutes away from our house. I would take it back to have them fix once again but what’s the use if they can’t get it right the first two times.

My insurance Company said I could take my car where ever I wanted to but the reviews for this body shop were so high that I decided to go there and I was not disappointed they were very very nice, very professional, did great work on my car I’m perfectly happy! five stars all the way! thank you!
