Had a fairly awful time.One of our lanes kept shutimg down (repeatedly), and one of the employees kept insisting that our game time was over (were paid by the game, not by the hour). Fortunately, another (very kind) employee fixed the situation...temporarily. It ended up breaking again and the awful employee gave our lane to someone else.This would be a one star review if it werent for the kind employee who repeatedly helped us when the other one refused to.

Awesome place to take the family for a night out for food and bowling

The place is well kept. Friendly staff and great fun every time we go. Food and drinks are also available. Will go again

Great for the Birthday party but bring your own pizza (ordered from Little Ceasars 5.00 a piece. We ordered 3 pizzas here & they were horrible, they were burnt & they charged 12.00 for each one. Bring your own!

Only gave 4 stars because I dont bowl I only use the pool table located in the bar and the bar is closed most of the time. The pool table is 6 ft and requires quarters. Have to bring your own. The bowling alley is located down a flight of stairs.

Use BowlerX to have bowling balls drilled. Best pro shop in the valley. Lanes are typically full with leagues during the week so no open bowling available.

Bowling lanes, bar area was small but staff were funny. Food was good.

Town and country lanes lives up to its name. The lanes were great and the bathroom was immaculate. My two friends and I enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

The scoring was messed up and wasnt working properly. We had a gift certificate for a free large pizza and were told to come back later then they still didnt have the pizza. I think they just need more help.

Place is old school but but I will say clean. In my personal experiences the staff are nice and pleasant to us each week is why we come back. Snack bar is good food don’t seem bad but yes a bit pricey but you expect that. There is a creepy there sometimes he rides his bike to work I’m guessing, he got weird with us once and tried to intimidate me be by trying to stare me down (which was more funny than anything). Saturday bowling under the lights is a great experience which we prefer. My only complaint is that they have these random bowling leagues hogging up the whole place the whole day and it’s frustrating that when you want to get out and bowl you cannot even when you call ahead! Again I like this place as it’s local and nice staff but don’t depend on them solely as your “your bowling place” try to find another local one as well.

I didnt bowl but my niece and my fiancee did and they had a great time. Also the food there was very good and reasonably priced.

My fiance and I had a great time, lanes were spread out for safely of course. Very family oriented place.

They kept changing the times it opened. we would go and they would push it back an hour. we did not go. not a good experience.

After a bit of a scheduling snafu Nicole worked with us and helped us to have a great party... The food was fantastic and the accomodations were amazing!

I was very disappointed to see only about 50% of ppl wearing a mask. That is NOT OK. when eating or drinking, fine. But otherwise your mouth AND nose should be covered by a mask. This needs to be enforced here.

The lanes kept freezing. We had to move our lanes and the software still kept freezing. The fryer was very rude and she kept huffing when we wanted to order something.

Place needs a lot of maintenance on machines and scoring systems. Place opened 1957 and still has original machines and antiquated scoring system.

Ive been to this bowling alley before and had an amazing time. This time was a real let down though! On 8/14 me and a group of friends decided to enjoy a night of bowling. Unfortunately the staff at town and country didnt care to cater to their customers. There was no bartender to provide drinks when we arrived. Once I finally got someone to serve us the employee Karen acted like she didnt want to serve us at all. She was rude and presented me and my friends with ignorance and no effort to serve. I gave her a second chance and decided to tip her to try and get her positive juices flowing. Despite the tip she continued to present our company with an altitude that made us feel like we inconvenienced her. I suggest that this establishment take time to teach their employees good customer service at the least.

Very nice pro shop. Great staff. The columns are placed inconveniently for viewing, but its a nice place to bowl.

I had fun. Its not suuper hopping on a Saturday night. Theres no other activities to do except bowling. They do have a bar though which is well equipped!

I loved it there. I thought it was the most awesome place to bowl. Also they have great deals everyday. They also have a bar and they have like a little stacked were there. Its worth it though and your kids will have fun too.

We came to Town and Country on 1/25/19 for a fundraiser for Spring Garden Elementary School. The bowling alley was clean and the staff friendly-but the snack bar was a nightmare! We ordered a pizza at 6:20 pm and were told that it takes 15 minutes per pizza to cook and that there were 3 pizzas ahead of us. I said that was fine. At 7:15 I asked about our food and was told it was coming. At 7:30 I inquired and was given the same answer. Our pizza was finally done at 7:50 pm (the even was over at 8:00 pm). My son and his friend were famished! The staff were polite, but it shocked me that the owner left the building to go buy things when clearly the snack bar needed help. I hope that in the future when they know a large group is coming that they can either get more help in the kitchen or arrange for pizza delivery.

I was at this establishment on 4/14/18. The employee there named Brittany was very rude and acted like it was a problem for her to do her job. My mothers shoes didnt fit properly and she wanted to exchange them and Brittany acted like it was a problem for her to do so. The second pair didnt fit either and my mom did not want to even go back to change her shoes for a second time just because of how the employee acted. The other issue that we had was that when we went to start a new game the prompts on the screen were not working. So my 12 year old daughter went up to Brittany to ask her for help and Brittanys response to a 12 year old was you should have pushed the right button. I am very disturbed at how she spoke to a child. I feel if you do not like your job and you dont want to be there, then you should stay home. I find it very unprofessional of her to speak that way to a child. We were there for a fundraiser. This was my first time at this establishment and it is safe to say that I will not visit again. I would rather travel into New Jersey or even Allentown before I step foot in this place again!

A nice bowling alley. I went with my family. It was a nice time and the staff was friendly. We used the bumpers for the kids and there are even animations on the screen, giving clues as to where to throw the ball. Will definitely repeat.

The pro shop was closed, but they opened their door anyway to answer my questions, they were extremely helpful and genuinely glad to help me! So I am going back when they open to buy some much needed new equipment! Thank you for taking the time!

Great time is always had here with family! I bring a coupon special and thats awesome, I share a lane with my sons, father, and grandson and sister and her grandson! Its special memories we love to repeat!! Great service, too!

Great place to bring the family to kill some time. The food and drinks are a little high but what do you expect from a bowling alley. If you just go to bowl a few games you can make it out without spending an arm and a leg. My family of 4 bowled 3 games for about $25.00. Check on their website for coupons and deals.

Place wasnt terrible but unless you have baby fingers or sausage fingers, dont go here... they only have a few weight amount balls (8, 10, 12 etc) and each weight has the same size finger holes for every ball. Sheesh, my knuckles hurt and we only played two games.

Had a birthday party for under 12 year olds. It was okay, but not necessarily a place I would recommend. Good points are it wasnt crowded and its inexpensive compared to other places we looked at. Their party coordinator role is a bit overstated and the arcade is very outdated.

Nice place, but the lady behind the counter on Saturday night was MISERABLE! I rented a lane for an hour for six of us. Time expired and the lane just shut down. We were near the end of our second game and needed 5 - 10 more minutes but they wouldnt gives us any more time unless we paid for the whole hour. We split the scene.

Classic bowling alley. A bit dingy but its exactly what you want from a bowling alley. Sodas, hotdogs, bowling at a good price and there is even a pub inside! Definitely worth going to every now and then.

My work place comes here once a month and I love the fact that its cozy. Even though were a big crowd (several stores along with ours comes) the staff is always nice and easy going.

I bowled here as a kid they had a McDonalds league, I loved it. Now I stop here for Drinks on the weekends.

Its not fancy or state of the art, but you can definitely have some fun with the kiddos, good prices, events, love that they participate in the Kids Bowl Free summer program, I visit with fam and friends all the time, place is clean every time Ive been there...

Customer service sucks....waited 25 mins in line and still didnt get to bowl because a customer was looking for her coupons and the attendant wasnt even professional to say something to the people waiting in line....I had a group of 12 and we left because of the unprofessionalism of the staff ...by the way the staff name was Naomi

Great time snack stand does close early in the night and isnt very busy plenty of space. Also is attached to a bar.

Do not patronize this establishment. They dont value your business. Worst birthday party ever. They would rather have the business of some alcoholics than a premium paying, child friendly, large birthday party. In addition to paying for the party, and renting 2 other lanesat a premium rate, we also over paid for variou s other items. Any establishment that would allow patrons to put pitchers of alcoholic beverages next to childrens uncovered half full beverage cups and pour the alcohol over the cups, spilling and contaminating the childrens cups, does not deserve your business. And yes the manager was alerted to this fact and did nothing to rectify the situation.

At first our lane wasnt working for the first 15 minutes and we paid by the hour. Then this guy that seemed to work there was so obsessed about bowling in lane 6, where we were bowling. He kept asking us when we would be done bowling. He kept takin our bowling balls and rearranging them. Then he would hover there and watch us. At one point he stole one of our seats. It was just an overall frustrating experience. And when our time was up he just took our balls and put them away. Like we had no choice but to be done bowling. Im very disappointed with how this guy was. He worked there and he was just hovering the whole time. The bar is super shady too. The bartender totally ignored our existence for the longest time. It was just awful. Not worth 60$.
