My experience here was exceptional. I bought a pre-owned bicycle here over the internet and it was a little frightening, because the bike I bought was very expensive, even used. They communicated well, packaged the bike very carefully, and the shipping was affordable and fast. My only request would have been for the bike to have a good wash and check before selling it. It was pretty dirty. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone, and I was very pleased with a daunting high-end purchase sight-unseen. You cant buy that kind of integrity. Thanks.

Visited Healthy Habits today (March 3, 2020, about 11:30AM) and was ready to purchase 2 new bikes, one each for my wife and me. We were met by a very enthusiastic, polite and friendly salesman who said he was in his first week but would do all he could to help us. When we got to questions about available stock, back order status, and other issues he couldnt answer, he politely tried to get help from a coworker who basically blew us off. We took our business elsewhere and wont be back to Healthy Habits. Were very excited about our pair of new Trek bikes.

Great customer service. Fair pricing for services. Pulled thorns from tires that I was unaware of. Excepted to drop off bikes and be called when done. Did the work while we waited.

Great shop, friendly techs. Been going here for years. Always willing to help you out with small things right away if they aren’t backed up. Highly recommend and don’t forget to throw a couple bucks in the mechanics coffee fund.

My partner and I are new to the biking world & was referred by a friend to try Healthy Habits! Jeff not only sized us, gave us his best recommendation on what entry level bikes to get, but also educated us on everything we needed to know! 10/10! He did have me test out a bike in the parking lot and it was the first time I had gotten on a bike in a decade. Im sure that was comical to watch!

I got to the shop and they had built the bike rack I resevered. They than installed it on my truck and showed me how it works. Im very happy with the customer service and would highly recommend.

Shopped a couple of bike shops yesterday within the area and Healthy Habits had the best customer service from start to finish.. Im very happy with my experience and new purchase.

Friendly staff. I rented a bike and had just about no gear. The staff had no problems outfitting the bike with a bottle cage, saddle bag with tools, even pulled a CO2 pump off the shelf to throw in the bag. They also lent me a helmet. They never once acted like it was a nuisance to keep are my adding stuff to the bike. Thank you!

Ive had my bike serviced 3 times at this bike shop. Unfortunately, Ive already had it in twice to fix the gear shift. Although it was supposedly fixed both times, it still doesnt shift into low gears. Very frustrating.UPDATE: I did take my bike back in for 3rd try at repair. My gears all work well now.

We spent over $500 on a bike for teenager. We paid more for a kickstand. Once home kickstand didnt work and caused the bike to tip(too long). The bike kept tipping over causing damage to the gear guard(i think). When we brought it in to be fixed bc the bike continuously tipping messed up the gears, they cut the kickstand to keep it from falling(admission of not doing it right the first time), but then told us we needed to pay for the parts. WE werent happy about it, and I ended up being hung-up on. I paid, and told them if they didnt come to conclusion I deserved it refunded, that it would result in a negative review(and it has). I would never use them again.

Adam was SUPER helpful today! I needed help changing the tube in my stroller tire. He got the job done and was extremely respectful! Made this pregnant mamma happy!! :)

I moved to the Quad Cities earlier this year and immediately gravitated to this bike shop. As an avid cyclist, I wanted a shop where I would find more than one brand, a helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a place that would share my cycling passion. From my first visit, the management went out of their way to welcome me to the area and local riding clubs. Since then I have purchased my first fat bike and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff has always been very helpful and I look forward to having them turn my fat bike into a one-off adventure rig. Thanks for the great service guys.

Im not sure its the best place in the Quad Cities, but its not a bad bike shop either.I havent shopped here often enough for a full review, but I liked how they were very willing to help me and be understanding with my bike even though its older and it was a busy Saturday. The repair wasnt expensive and I really felt that the guy knew what he was doing compared to other bike mechanics Ive visited.

Just bought two bikes in there today....Great service and awesome information on what we were buying...Will was our guy handling everything...Can count on definitely being back for service and accessories!!! Healthy Habits is awesome

Best bike shop in QC area. Always treated me with respect and dignity even though I had a very tight budget. Not to mention it is a beautiful environment inside and out with a very modern brewery connected to it. Wont go anywhere else if I can help it.

Healthy Habits has been my go-to bike shop in the Quad Cities for the past 3 years. From my experience they have always had a large selection and neat variety of quality bikes to choose from (+1 Star) I have purchased many quality tools and parts from them and the staff has never discouraged me from working on my own bikes (+1 star) When Im too scared to attempt something myself, I trust their mechanics and have been extremely happy with the timeliness and service prices (+1 star) Dans advice on products and Adams insight on mechanics is totally worth (+2 stars) Except for that time Dan almost convinced me to buy some really ugly mtb shoes (-1 star) Fortunately, I always leave the shop with the feeling that I would like to buy another bike from them (+1 star)

Contacted the generic email on the website and 5 minutes later Adam responded (has never happened to me before ususally days to respond). Set up a time and Adam was awesome! They had a bike for a 65 guy that fit! Adam was helpful all aloing the way and knew what I needed and was really concerned with the fit of the bike. Showed me how to care for it, and really wanted me to get the right bike. Got the right helmet and was ready ride out the door in about an hour test ride to purchase. They know what they are doing and care!

Having worked at a bike shop I have some background and can say these guys have it together! Wether you are getting your kids 1st bike or youre a season racer needing the best cement for that set of tubular wheels they can and will help.

Called these guys up looking for an obscure helmet that nobody has. They didnt have what I needed in stock but Dan was extremely knowledgable about helmets and knew exactly what I was looking for. Gave me a bunch of recommendations that I hadnt even thought of. Absolutely recommend going here!

As mentioned in other reviews if you go look for Dan (+1 star). 10/10 for his service and knowledge. The selection is great (+1 star) and they carry quality products(+1 star) . I was less than happy with my service experience (-1 star) and even the new old stock products were all full MSRP (-1 star). If I have a question or need their knowledge on a product I buy in the store if not I just buy on the internet direct from Specialized who also have great customer service.

I was ready to purchase a bike for myself and knew Healthy Habits was the place to go. From past experience the owner and his bike specialists give you full attention and allow you to ask as many questions as youd like/try out the bikes until you are sure of what youd like to purchase. I have never felt rushed or pressured into buying. The top quality of products is what also takes me back to HH and large selection of bikes and accessories. Anytime Ive shopped at HH it is swarming with customers which is another sign of a good business.

I was in back at the beginning of the summer to buy a bike. I get off work not much before the store closes so I expected some attitude walking in right before closing. I was very surprised when I was met with none at all. Sales guy (cant remember his name) was very friendly. I was also hesitant because I am not a biker by any means. Im just a fat guy that wants a good bike to lose some weight. I knew I would pay more but I didnt want to be laying face first in the road 2 miles from my house mad as could be because my $100 Walmart bike broke. The sales guy recommended me to a lower end Specialized bike. I ended up up selling my self to a middle of the road Specialized. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had a few requests for add ons (lights, a bag, cup holder ect.) He helped me pick out the right accessories and the guys in the back installed them for me on the spot. By time this whole experience was over the store had probably been closed for 45 minutes. Still no complaints or issues from any of the guys in the shop. I havent road the bike as much as I had hoped, but its holding up to my weight just fine with no issues. Overall Im a happy customer. I will be back whenever another bike need arises. Thanks guys!

Bought a bike a couple of years ago from Healthly Habits, and the experience was just ok. Thought it would be better spending over 3k. Have had it back for service a few times with each experience worse than the last. Called and they said it would be a couple of days, finally went back the next week and got it they hadnt looked at it yet. All I wanted was the shifter looked at. Took it to another shop and had it right back, and it cost less.

They really know their stuff and are really helpful.

Look up Dan Adams when you stop in. He can fit you to the right bike or trouble shoot issues you may be having with your current bike. Excellent service!
