Joe King and his staff have been GREAT helping me with my MacBook. I came in with a 13 MacBook and they switched the drive to a 15 MacBook. Everything works great -- and how that Im working at home, I can actually see my students work before I grade it. Im sure they appreciate that. Anyway, Joe is a total professional. He worked quickly and didnt overcharge me. What more could you want from an Apple Service company? Near Christmas 2019 I needed some help making a computer related decision about two Apple laptops. I was guided by three guys in a professional manner to reach the best decision for me. I just found my new “Go to” place for computer repair, advice and hardware purchases.😊Jim

It’s over a 3 hour drive for us to get there.....but very worth it. This place is very friendly (both on the phone and in person). Very knowledgeable, and very well priced! Plus they take the time to answer your questions and explain everything. It took them what seemed like no time to fix our computer (less then 30 minutes). They fixed it while we waited. It cost us less then $200 for a new cord, having it cleaned, and for the repair. We were quoted over $800 for the repair by the computer company and between $450-680 at a couple other places. Experimax in Davenport Iowa has all of our computer business from now on!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Experimax in Davenport!!

Great service. Went for diagnostic on my iPhone that wouldnt turn on. Paid $25 and they had it done in less than 1 hour. Something just needed to be tightened in the charging port which they didnt charge extra for. No problems with my phone since! Very happy with my experience there.

First, I feel like an idiot. Second, These guys are AWESOME. Here’s what happened....I called ahead, made an appointment, and was ready to pay the fair-market cost to have the charging port replaced on my iPhone 7. Came into their shop, they took one look at it, and pulled a ball of lint out of my charging port. They handed my phone back to me, and said have a great day.For me, HONESTY and INTEGRITY are everything. They did the right thing, and didn’t fleece a customer for $90. Congratulations to Experimac, you just made a customer for life. I will be bringing my laptop in to have them service it this week because of our interaction today.Thanks again Ryan!

This place is really good. They fixed my cracked iphone 8 screen and when there was a problem we brought it back and they corrected it for no extra cost. They are also very fast and we were in and out in less than an hour.

Absolutely the best customer service I could ask for, Im typing on my baby they repaired wonderfully. These guys diagnosed my Macbook Pro 17 and never gave up on the original motherboard. It took a little while, around a month as I recall but they were able to source a better part then the OEM and I fully expect to get another 8 or so years out of my computer. I really would recommend Experimac and they were very reasonable and the great thing is that they are local and the guys there really have a passion for Apple products.

I came in wanting to repair my phone. They said it would be $30, which is very reasonable considering the store up the street wanted $75. Their staff was super friendly and really cared about me having a good experience there. We had another phone that didnt have a cracked screen so they let us take the screen off of that phone and put it on the cracked phone. They estimated it wold be about and hour, but it ended up being more like 40 minutes! With the other phone we had we sold to them and got $10 off.I really liked this store and I highly reccomend it to anyone who needs their phone to be repaired

My Macbook Pros screen broke and I was worried I would lose all of my semester projects. Michael was extremely helpful and efficient in fixing my problem. He was able to replace my screen and even add some memory to make the computer run a little faster for me extremely quickly! I appreciated all his problem solving and help in order to make sure the repairs were done quicky, with good quality, and at a very reasonable rate! I highly suggest anybody who runs into some issues to check out Experimac!

Took my phone in because the LCD screen was cracked. Everything else was working fine, the phone was charging fine, I was able to call out, receive calls, and use all the apps just fine. After 3 hours, which they said would be 30 minutes, they said my phone is no longer functional. That it was burning and draining the battery, which it didnt do before considering my phone was working fine since the LCD was broken a week ago. They also said it no longer turns on and no longer charges, which it was doing just fine before also. Unbelievable! Wasted 3 hours and now my phone is completely unfunctional!

I only wish less than 1 star was on the rating scale!! An expensive lesson learned by me!Phong Xiong, I can relate to your poor experience!! Mine was a Mint MacBook Pro brought in for only a simple track pad replacement. THIRTY DAYS later, after them performing their repair, I also needed a new logic board! Hmmmmm
