Store is set up nice, the displays look cool, lots of different products despite the small size. Clean, easy to navigate. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. Usually have the stuff I want in stock but if not, they can order. Only complaint is my partner was looking for a used PS4 controller and they didnt have any in stock. I personally have been happy with my service and the atmosphere, having shopped at this location for over a decade.

Branden was the most helpful employee I have ever met. He sat on the phone with gamestop support for over an hour doing his best to help me out. He multi-tasked doing that and helping customers at the same time. I was extremely impressed and he got me taken care of!! Didnt give up for over an hour!!Not all heros wear capes, this man was definitely a hero. I can pay my car insurance now and im so greatful!!

If you are shopping for someone else, it helps to ask exactly what you want to ask as well as take your time if you have it. They have a great selection and will try to help as much as they can

Literally the best place and/or GameStop ever. Staff is amazing, super friendly and really helpful, really knowledgeable. The store itself is just a fun place to hang around in and has a nice atmosphere to it whereas some places can seem too stuffy and crowded or disorganized. I just personally really enjoy this GS out of most of the ones Ive been to, highly recommend them for your next video game and paraphernalia stop!

Waited in line for 20 minutes with a game case my son picked only to be told they dont actually have the game and that we could order it. Went to Walmart and got it instead.

Excellent store, very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very nice and willing to answer your questions. Great place to buy games and merchandise. Earning points and getting discounts with their rewards program is also the icing on the cake.

Zero complaints about any specific GS. The employees are very good at what they do! Always helpful. Always knowledgeable.I like being able to pre-order local.I dont know what their profit structure is like but i am not a fan of how things are priced (i know there is only pricimg flexibility on certain items).Cant knockm. But i do have to order everything but games online.Pricing is my #1concern.Stop in and say hi.Good people.

They only have games for the more recent generations of systems. I fear Wii will be discontinued soon. I would rate it higher if they had a more expansive selection of older generation games.

Thwy are kinda pushy and I personally miss the old days when you could walk in they would say hey, how r u, let us kbow if u have any questions. Other gamestops do that down in grand rapids and they are just personal.

When I buy a new game, I expect it to be in the package, however at Gamestop EVERYTHING is open. So then, its not a new game...right? All I want is to buy a game not available at the local big box store. I dont want a membership, even though it will save me 10%. At this point I try to just buy games off of Amazon.
