Friendly and knowledgeable, there is usually only one person on site for the majority of the day but as there isnt a raging demand for paint and wallpaper it works out. When I had questions about stripping wallpaper and replacing it I was asked if I would like to sit down and discuss what I wanted out of the space [new updated look? Gender specific or neutral? And what kind of cleanup I was willing to deal with FYI you can get certain paints that stand up to some major scrubbing which is awesome when you have toddlers! ]

We had to match a wall repair from a paint can and part of the drywall that was replaced.David helped with the color matching and Emily showed my wife a telescoping ladder. My wife loves the ladder. Light weight, adjustable height and easy to carry.

Friendly, very young clerks. Not trained in using their web site to help us visualize our room. Even bringing in photos on a computer chip was impossible for them to work with. Also, we were told by CHI Garage Door Company to just drop in to any SW store for color paint formula match. Nope. This store had no clue on how to get the formula to match CHI Garage doors. I had to call CHI myself, have them fax the formula sheet to the store (SW store clerks could have made this call while we were there to buy the paint, but they did not offer to help) They did not have any idea what John Deere Green color match would be, and this was the starting point for our room decor. Please hire someone older, with more experience to help at this store.

The staff are very cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. Your paint might be pricey, but is easy to apply and is durable.

I had never use Sherwin-Williams paint tell my painter recommended. He said he only used to Sherwin-Williams after the job was done I knew why. One coat was all that was needed, unlike several coats from other top brand paints. Would definitely recommend.
