Weve been going to this Staples for a while now and they are all great there. Great customer service. I cant even really single out a single person I like more because they are all very helpful always.. Usually always have what we need for great prices. Purchased a lot from there and Ive been pleased with everything.

When we were driving into town to purchase a computer, Ill admit, I was kinda grumbling that BR doesnt have a real computer and electronics store. I was totally wrong. If you need help with computer purchasing and want the best service possible, talk to Ryan, Tech Supervisor at Staples of BR. Truly some of the best service my husband and I have ever received. Ryan literally watched after every dollar we spent.

One time I needed ink for work.. I work in Cadillac for whatever reason Staples was the nearest place to carry this ink. I called them the lady was super helpful as well as kind. She held the product for me while I made the long drive to go pick it up. I was very thankful she held it there was only two in stock and the drive from the office to Staples is about an hour depending on traffic. We would have had to go all the way to Traverse City or wait for shipping online it was stressful but thanks to your kind and understanding staff I was able to get my ink and print on

Used to have fantastic customer service but last six months has been very poor (non existent). You used to go in there and as soon as you walked in you were greeted and asked if you needed help. Then multiple times throughout the visit be asked by different employees if you needed help. The last two times I have went in there no one greeted me and after walking the entire store looking for an item (at both visits) no one came to ask if I needed help. It was almost like they were trying to avoid any interaction with any of the patrons. I try to buy local but have to say both times I left (no one acknowledged my leaving) and went out to my car and ordered what I was looking for on Amazon.

Oh, my goodness! I was just finishing a three paragraph PRAISE list of all the good, fine, excellent, above even normal courtesy, etc, BESIDES the regular excellent service Ive always received from this location. (Though I did get into a bit of a rant about how each and EVERY card reader, in my own personal experience is different.)Nonetheless, the very kind and well-informed Mr. Ryan, I think, (its already been Hours....) first listened to my problem, quickly tested, diagnosed, and showed/explain to me both the problem, and what I needed to fix it.After nearly a half an hour, (the store being quiet at the moment---he had been standing near the entrance, ready to greet; the folks onna other side, also, as usual, seemed to be going about business)HE then proceeded to, again, talk this old woman with broken/old glasses, to boot, through each step of using my debit card for: the single, two-metre cord that was my choice, and all I even needed!Wow. Give or take fifteen bucks. For some of the best service Ive ever received. Thank you.(STAPLES! Might be a good idea to look into this young mans future....)

I had my save the dates, wedding invitations, and table number cards printed here. I cannot say enough good things about Mosella, who was extremely helpful, and Ed, who went above and beyond to help me as well. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to print their own invitations.

Excellent customer service. A variety of options to choose from. If they dont have it, they can get it and ship it, fast and free. Sometimes the shipping is quicker than Amazon!
