The service department was thorough and professional. They did a very good job of servicing and making sure the car was in top shape

Everyone was efficient & friendly. They explained what other maintenance was due & showed me some tire wear I wasnt aware of. The car was returned clean.

The service department of Underriner, and my favorite service advisor, Zach Thurman, are wonderfully nice, polite and very knowledgeable. My service and repairs were quick, with no hidden fees and Zach talked me through it all without making me feel ignorant. We have been trying to get parts for 3 months to repair our 2020 Buick thru your body shop. Not a dealership problem but a general motors company problem. Our 1st new car a 1956 Buick. Service was very slow, and minimal if any information provided. I had to contact the Sales Manager to get a loaner car 4 days after the care was brought in. I had to pay the towing carge when the car stopped running. I felt that Underriner Service Department was uncaring and unresponsive to my needs relating to the New BuickI purchased. They did finally fix the car.

I had my Encore serviced at Underriner Buick yesterday. Service Advisor advised that my air filter and cabin filter were both showing signs of needing replacement soon - and I gave permission to change them, even though I knew I could probably purchase them elsewhere for a more reasonable price and install them myself. I wasnt surprised to be billed $69.98 for the 2 filters. I was surprised to be billed $20 each for labor to install the filters, especially since the old filters had already been removed and inspected before I agreed to purchase the new filters. The labor required to install the new filters (about 5 minutes for both filters) was exactly the same as the labor required to reinstall the old filters had I chosen not to purchase the new filters. This is the first (and hopefully last) time I have occasion to be upset with Underriner Buick.

The service department was able to schedule an appointment promptly. They diagnosed the problem I was having and did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. That revealed other maintenance needed which was done on this visit, preventing more serious problems later on. The repairs were done and problem solved. I trust Underriners service department because they are all professionals, friendly, helpful and dedicated to the best results.

Routine service. Very accommodating getting appt. schedule. Said it would take 1 to 1.25 hours. Think it was done in an hour 10 min. Very professional service manager and staff.

Mr. Mark Martell helped me out with great information on a newer GMC pickup. Very helpful, knowledgeable about his business and overall a pretty cool dude! I will definitely tell others of his professionalism and will likely be back to possibly try out one of their vehicles.
