I dont have anything really bad to say, more of a warning. The customer service I received via email was polite. The company will not install a sound system if you do not buy the products from them. Not a great business model. I was told that they could only install some products. Led me to believe I would only get half of a full sound system installed? I received a lot of pushback when I asked questions about installation, even when I mentioned purchasing all products directly from Crutchfield. So, beware before contacting them that this will come up.
