If you are anything like me, you wouldnt even think of entering a Lingerie shop, but get over it! A friend recommended that I go in for a free bra fitting. I tried to look cool as I walked through the door, hoping no one would notice how uncomfortable I felt. I was whisked to a room in record time, received personal attention, and decided I may not have to spend my life savings on a lift. I was measured. I was pampered. I was listened to. I left with five. FIVE BRAS. Ones that fit me perfectly and are pretty to boot. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it cannot be matched! The wonderful women who do their best to leave one with as much dignity and privacy as possible are some of the kindest ladies in the land. If you havent been to TLC, dont walk, RUN.

Amazing customer service!!! Went there yesterday and had 2 people helping my daughters and I with swimsuits and bras. This store is great!!! My daughter needs a specialized bra and they are so kind and helpful. They brought her all kinds of bras to try and were so knowledgeable. They made her feel like she could have nice under garments. I would highly recommend this store and the employees are so so great

I have heard a lot of things about this place, some good, some bad,. Im grateful to say my experience was a positive one! I took my little sister in (who has EXTREMELY low self esteem and hates her body with a bloody red passion) and Lisa was able to find an appropriate size bra for her and one that made her feel better about herself. The whole experience was great, Lisa showed genuine kindness and compassion and was extremely understanding and helpful to an extent I have never had at any other lingerie stores. I will certainly be back.

I adore this local small business-- it is an absolute gem! ❤️ After visiting several bra shops across multiple states, this is by far the best place Ive ever been a customer. The service is personalized, professional, and accurate. Ive felt fully seen, heard, and respected here. Every product Ive ever purchased from TLC has been of the highest quality and still quite affordable compared to other places. I moved out-of-state 3 years ago and yet will always make a stop here every time I visit Billings. Ive never found another bra shop that could compare! I bought several bras from here and the staff are always helpful. The bras are a bit more expensive but I find them to last longer and be more durable than bras Ive bought at other stores. I highly recommend this place! They also have a good selection of swimwear and lingerie!

Best customer service. Clean, Friendly and Fun. My sister and I went together. We both had a great time. Purchased some beautiful bras and lovely robes. We are planning on a return visit when she is back in town.

Service wasn’t bad however I wasn’t able to go look myself And with that being said I wasn’t aware there was no refunds. I don’t know if they have that posted. If they don’t they should tell you when you’re checking out what their refund policy is.

I’m a 42H and it’s impossible to find my size and in stock for me to try on anywhere! This is somewhere that keeps so many different kinds of bras in EVERY SIZE. They have small bands and big busts or big bands and small busts and everything in between! Bra shopping can be so overwhelming and they make it such an easy experience! Only place I can find good fitting bras for my size. They are constantly striving to bring in bras that are more pretty for larger chested women. Its worth the drive from Great Falls. If taken care of properly and the ladies at TLC Lingerie will give instructions for proper care these bras will last for quite some time! They are pricey but necessary.

Wow, this is hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Tana took me in and fitted me accurately and helped me with absolutely everything. The quality of care you receive from her is enough to keep you coming back as a loyal customer. I have so much respect for this woman. If you need a new bra or something fun head in and ask for Tana. This is the best undergarment store I have ever been to. The staff really know their products and listen to what you want and like. I never felt so pretty as this store made me feel. Lots of options from everyday items, swim wear (year round), and for hot sexy nights. A little pricey, but worth it with quality.

Employees are horrible to people and the owner isnt any better. Also, for an employee to block a woman from leaving the fitting room is dangerous.

Excellent customer service, education, and products! I went in for a bra fitting because I suspected I was wearing the wrong size. The woman (I think her name was Tana, Im so bad with names!) spent almost 45 minutes with me measuring and explaining proper bra fit. She showed me how to adjust my current bra to fit properly and showed me what sizes I should be wearing. She brought me a huge selection to try on and showed me to put them on correctly (not flipped over in the front, who knew?!). I purchased 4 everyday bras and plan to come back for special occasion and sports bras. I received 3 gifts with my purchase (who doesnt love free stuff?). I want to bring my sisters here for a fitting when they visit over the holidays too. Ive had department store fittings before but this was so much better. I learned so much! TLC is an awesome local resource.

I had never had a professional fitting before, Lisa took the time to help me find the right fit. We were able to choose a bra that fit my shape that is super comfy and cute! The parking lot bra sale had some amazing deals BUT you couldnt try anything on and there were no returns. Essentially, I was told by an employee that I need to hope I am lucky and choose correctly.

I love going to TLC! I have always had good service there and enjoy that they make me feel comfortable. By nature I am awkward and self-conscious but all the kind gals work well around that aspect and are very helpful. The bras and underwear can seem expensive at times...but they actually last...and the comfort of a bra that actually fits my body is priceless!

They have wonderful customer service. I had a size my done to get some new bras. My bra Size me. Made a comment on my girlies are to bigmy other relatives was next door to me again size and she said how come theres a smaller than mine that made me really upset a little bit.

To this day, TLC is the only place that has been able to fit me properly AND have my size in the store. Ive been to stores in Colorado and Texas, Victoria Secret and Lane Bryant. Those stores sized me wrong, and then spent forever having me try different sizes to see what would fit. But TLC - they size me once, and bring in bras that fit. Bustier women know the importance of a well-fitted and well-fitting bra, and TLC is the only place that has been able to give that to me. I love this place. 5 stars every day.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity at TLC. The women are wonderful and they know their stuff. It is normal to go through several bras before you find the one you want and they are patient with all that. The prices are comparable to any I have bought online. They fact that they care about you and you get good bras is priceless. Love this shop!

Well, let me tell you, I walked away with cute lacey bralettes, a neon colored sports bra (I think the Archangel Michael hand sewed himself) and cute in season colored bras of all types of padding. I was also educated on how my bras should actually fit. No spilling over or under anymore for this girl! Thank you TLC for making me feel normal and comfortable again!

Had just what I needed, and had a fitting to make sure they fit correctly. Saleswoman was very professional and very knowledgeable.

You are privately fitted and then given choices of what they have, which is quite extensive. I wanted a minimized and Im a full breasted size, and they had a couple of choices for me. I chose a brand Id had before.

The staff was great, taught me some valuable insight to lingerie and their prices wont break you.

Ive gotten measured and fitted at a variety of stores, including places that tout their fitters as certified. And while options always seem good in the store, they rarely are good for wearing longer than an hour.The ladies at TLC are super friendly and the experience with them as people was good. But I was really disappointed in the bras I brought home. In-store they seemed like they fit great and would be comfortable. Once I put them on to wear for a day (instead of just trying them on), they didnt work at all. The cups were too small and didnt hold me in at all once I started doing daily routines. It also took three tries to find a bra that fit after a single cursory measurement was taken (over the chest closer to my collar bones that breasts). Unless these fitters operate differently than every recommended method of measuring Ive found on the internet and experienced at other shops, thats not even a normal way to measure. If Id realized before I purchased that they were having me wearing a cup size smaller than my normal bras (which still leave me pillowing really bad), I would have purchased nothing at all. Now I have three bras that fit worse than the cheap thing I bought on sale at J.C. Penney sitting in my drawer because the store has a no-return policy. I will not be shopping with them again. Id rather brave the indifference and condescension of Victorias Secret for a bra that fits on a daily basis than have friendly people but nothing that works beyond the fitting rooms.

Unfortunately my last visit to TLC was far from the treatment Ive received over the last 10+ years. I was talked into a bra that was too big and after trying it for less than 5 days took it back along with the 2nd one I originally purchased. They wouldnt take the one back that I had barely worn and instead of giving me a refund said I could only exchange it, which was of course more expensive than the one I originally bought and doesnt fit. So, now I have 2 brand new bras costing me $80 that are worthless. I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. I miss Victoria - she was the BEST!
