I love love love this book shop! The owner and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. When I can’t find the book I’m looking for, they will order it for me. And I love to hunt through the treasure trove of used books! Grab a coffee next door at Jacked Up Coffee and ramble through Southern Bound books. You won’t regret it!

My mom, my niece and I had a wonderful time in this shop! I could stay for hours poring over the books and merch. We found treasure everywhere. Very friendly staff!!

I love this bookshop! They have a great selection of new books, though I admit, I always check the back for the deals! They have a large selection of books to choose from, at great prices. You can also give them books for store credit! I love doing this. I enjoy going next door and grabbing and coffee, then browsing through the bookstore. The ladies who work here are always so nice and helpful as well.

The owner here is such a sweet person! She always remembers us even if we havent been there in a while, and she pays attention to what kind of books you like. There is a good amount of books and a great variety! She has great prices and the shop is connected to a coffee shop! There is a book club with different genres to read, and you can bring books to the shop and earn points! 10/10 reccomend this place!!

Wonderful, warm atmosphere adjacent to a good coffee/cafe. Large selection of books, new, old, rare and loads of interesting assorted gifts. Would be a regular stop/spot if I lived nearby.

Milan Sergent had a book signing there in July for his first 2 books in his Candlewicke 13 fantasy series. He received a wonderful welcome and those who attend were some of the best people ever. The bookstore is one that anyone would love to browse, take time to sit awhile and soak up the feeling of the wonder of storytelling, and the book selection is varied and well worth exploring.

I love this place. I love the atmosphere, the decor, and the whole placement of books for new releases, book club, and the used books has its own room. Shereen is so sweet and helpful and happy to call her a friend. Shop local. Bring your coffee, your books to trade oh and your dogs!

Here on vacation, drove out of our way to visit this locally owned small business. Door was locked and lights were out. During business hours. Very disappointed. Only a few reviews and others saying the same thing, closed during business hours. Don’t make the drive out here unless you call ahead. Obviously hours and days are sporadic.

Love the owner!! Before she opened this used bookstore I used to buy books from Walmart and BAM til I found out there was a used bookstore and never heard of Walmart books and BAM. LOL. My go to for several years. If she doesn’t have the book on hands, she’d hunt it down and order. Super sweet and friendly and most of all helpful and patience

I dont know how Shereen does it but she is amazing. I told her some of the authors I like and she recommends books that always seem to hit the spot. Great selection of new books and endless selection of used books. Not only my favorite book store but one of my favorite places to go period!

Havent been in a while since they moved to Howard Ave. Really cool that they have a lot of patrons and business, but Ill have to come back when its less busy and when it wont feel like Im being cut off with every step.
