It was nice to talk to people that knew what they were talking about. Brad gave me a few suggestions in how to do my porch. The delivery driver went up n beyond what he had to do.

I used to shop 84 Lumber in Conklin years ago a lot bought many products to remodel my home in the 80s-90s was a great place busy, got help.. I live in Conklin and at that time did home repair for work also.Now 2019 walk in nobody in sight? looked for what I wanted still nobody finally went back to counter and a clerk finally came out of his HEATED room! Said hi and I asked him for what I wanted, PVC cement, he said Oh thats not on the floor its in the heated room????? Paid for product and left, felt like I was an intrusion. Every-time I go there less and less available from the non lumber area, no longer carry light fixtures, no longer carry paint, no longer carry faucets? was told they would order well if I had time to order I would but need it NOW! Most likely the last time I will go there, by the way when I pulled into the lot, EMPTY no other customers there yet had to ask for help!

Two male employees at the counter when I walked in, neither one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. After walking around for a few minutes I was unable to locate what I was looking for. When I returned to the counter to ask for help/ service I was ignored for 5 minutes, likely because I’m a woman! I finally walked out without ever being helped or even acknowledged! Take your business elsewhere ladies.
