We had a very amazing young man help us choose the right bed for us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the right fit for us. We had seen him about a year before and didnt purchase at that time because we were just browsing. We cant wait for this to come in!!!

This was our second visit to the store. The team was wonderful. Helping each other out each step of the way with odds and ends. A real teamwork experience but calm and relaxing at the same time. It was nice to hear about all the features and differences in the lines of beds and bedding. They had something for my husband and I. I cant wait to get it all setup and love the new sheets, blankets, and comforter we ordered. Itll feel and look amazing!

The sales gal Jessie was very helpful and informative. Sweet personality and very nice. Have had select comfort bed in the past. Sleep number P6 is an excellent sleep experience and now with keeping track of sleep numbers and cooling technology, It makes it even better.

I had great customer service while shopping for new pillows. The girl working was so patience with me and my kids. She definitely was knowledgeable about the product and she answered all my questions.

It was very pleasant and all our questions were answered. We did a little bit of research before heading in for the purchase so Andrew was very helpful in answering all the questions we had and even provided more information. Hence we walked out of the shop with more than we came for because of the extra assistance provided.

Called to have my bed that was puchaspur a month ago returned because my wife and I were not happy with the bed we could not sleep on it because back pains got worse then with old mattress we bought the p6 with sleep iq. When I called in at 10 am this morning the lady that answered the phone became extremely RUDE when I told he we wanted to return the bed. The salesman advised us that if we didnt like the mattress that all we would be out was our $199 delivery fee. That is an absolute lie. I had to contact customer support to have bed returned now Im charged another $199 dollars to have it returned. What a joke

Well if 1 star is the worst i can give, this Sleep Number Store does NOT deserve it!! I am so disgusted with this Location of Sleep Number!! They were suppose to deliver our bed last Friday and we were told at 11am they were on the way. From Bismarck to Williston. Then at 2:30 i get a call from corporate Sleep Number that they had to turn around because of Bad weather!!! There was no bad weather that day in the whole state, except for Dickinson and everyone in the state knew that!! Why they would even chose that route is DUMB!!! Thats when I called the Bismarck Store and was told they went thru Dickinson!! I asked what the heck was going on because now we have NO BED to sleep on! The person at the store said they didnt even know anyone was doing deliveries, and he offered no help at all, and I never got a call back EVER! So now just dealing with Corporate they are trying to get them to get the bed to ME! And apparently and getting cooperation from this store either! So now we are being told we will get the bed 10 days later!! This is our 2nd Sleep Number, our bed we have had for 8 years and loved it, Im certainly questioning why am I even dealing with this, I should just go elsewhere and buy a different kind of bed. BUT its not Sleep Numbers fault its THIS LOCATION!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER!!!!!!

I showed up on a saturday at 6:30 PM and they were closed. On their website they say they close at 9 pm monday though saturday.
