It wasnt a wasted trip eventhough they were still out of my favorite cleaning product. All 4 of the employees that I spoke with were very helpful and happy to do so. Must have been a full moon LOL

The customer service here is top notch. Every employee we worked with went out of their way to make sure our trip to Menards was a good one. They are one of the main reasons I shop here.

I have had nothing but good customer service at Menards for years now. We love their mail in rebate program and they almost always have what we need for our home repairs and improvement projects. We, my wife and I, love menards.

Well organized, wide clean aisles, personnel wrote up my order and I checked out without any problems. Entered yard, picked up product and left swiftly and easily. Excellent.

This Menards has items in stock when the Minot store does not. I called and asked them to hold canning jars to pick-up the next morning. When I arrived, the jars were set off and tagged with my name. Great customer service. The store also had a good selection of Venom vinyl work gloves.

The last couple times I was there, I needed some specific hardware. The guys really helped me quick. In and out under 5 min.

Its true what they say: you always save big money at Menards.Thats why I go there.

They have good costumer survive, it is just that they dont have anything you want, like i was just there with my grandpa and brother 6 minutes ago and they didnt have the right tire that my grandpa needed and now we are at Running and we found the right ture that we needed. And at Menards their stuff is not organized good like there is clothes in the painting area. I am just saying they are pretty good and i am not judging or anything or being sassy that it needs to be fancy. I am just saying but otherwise it is good like they have good costermer service. Dont get me wrong, Menards is a great place to shop for home improvement and I have bought many things over the years, the people are great and helpful, but what needs work is its rebate program I am tired of sending in rebates that I never get back, no email and no explanation. I do get rebates back just not the big ones that matter. Please eliminate the rebates and just give the money back at the til, no rebates. Another option, we just bring the rebate to the courtesy counter and we get in store credit.

Mask police dont get my business now or ever again. Used to buy a lot here. Been much happier at Lowes the past year.

Wont be going back. I am mobility impaired. Asked about using the electric cart, the female employee at the counter wouldnt respond to me, another employee was putting away carts when I asked him for assistance, he turned and walked away. I found the shelves were bare. At the checkout I was not greeted or spoken to during the entire checkout process (5 items). Rudeness must be a pre-requisite for employment at this store.

Only place mask is required even though the state banned mask mandate... because the state know its all a hoax!!

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. If you dont know exactly what you need, they always seem to figure it out.

Kitchen cabinets guy was unprofessional

Liz in the paint department was the perfect example of customer service. She was kind, helpful, and smiling. Thank you for providing great customer service - it has been hard to find in town recently.

Kinda baulked at honoring manufacturer Lifetime warranty. They did allow an exchange after a little monkey motion. So alls good.

What I was looking for was easy to find and even got an extra purchase for my pup!

I would like to see Menards be more accommodating to their customers as well as trust as most of us are of good moral character. However I did not feel that way with my recent experience. 7 days ago I wrote a check and of course it is a good check, I am old school and like to do checks. I purchased a mop I assumed it would would not have broken the first time I used it and I purchased the wrong oil filter as the book they have is an incorrect guide a gentleman informed so I looked it up and I thought I bought the correct kind but it wasn’t so I asked to return it but I said I looked again and they did not have my oil filter available at their store and they said I need to wait until my check clears 7 days so I said ok and was patient about it even though I had to put my oil change on hold meaning my trip to visit family out of town as well. So today is my 7th day and my bank said they cleared the check of course so I requested the refund to finally get my oil changed as I am by no means have a lot of money, but the lady in the office said tomorrow as they need 7 full days so I will not be able to visit my family because Sunday is too late and I have work Monday and I think maybe the need to put 8 days in that case so the customer like myself are not misinformed. I love Menards that is why I shop there. I posted this so if anyone ends up in the situation they will be aware. Thanks for reading

As usual we found what we needed. Returned what we didnt need, which was easy and quick.

If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would!!! The fact that I drove 80 miles and need ranch supplies with no babysitter and these jack heads wont let me come in with my kids is absolutely WRONG!!! We have spent many thousands of dollars here but will NO longer!!

One employee was working with a vouple and three employees were standing there WATCHING me walk around walk around walk around the same Department ...when nobody ever did come to help me I walked over and asked, do you have freezers? no, you cant order them online, you have to go in store.yeah well to be honest were not getting freezers right now watch me walk around for 15 minutes first and the guy that did speak to me was the manager and of that department he could hardly be bothered

Always a good shopping experience

Went in yesterday and could not find anything I was looking for. I moved to Bismarck only a few months ago and needed some stuff for my house. Seen a young lady putting some chairs and stuff together near the hardware department. N she took me to the computer, wrote down the locations of everything on my list I needed! I didn’t even plan on buying any patio furniture but she convinced me to buy a nice table for my back deck and 2 sets of chairs. If you ever need any help at the store, I recommend looking for a short little girl (I think her hair was brown and tied up) with glasses and a nice smile, even if she’s busy she’ll stop what she’s up to and make sure your helped and satisfied and even go beyond to help you find things you didn’t know you needed. Menards has definitely won me over with this one!! Will be back shopping soon.

You can find anything at this store . They also open up lanes when they get busy so you are in and out quickly.

I love this store and would visit daily if I could! This store has everything you will need for home improvement and more. You could build an entire house with what they have just in store. The only issue is you may end up spending way too much time here because you could walk around for hours looking at everything that you now want to do to your home.

Great selection and prices. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and items are usually in stock. Returns are easy, although there is usually a line. Love this store!

Mathew was such a superstar for helping us make a piece that would make our fire table work again. It took him only about 15 minutes to piece together 5 different items . We went to Lowes before we went to Menards and they just flat out told us there was nothing in the store for what we needed. But Mathew made it work. I love Menards and will never go anywhere else for our home improvement needs!

Super friendly staff and reasonable prices. This is definitely one of those stores that you hate as a kid but love as an adult as you start renovating various things. I would say that this is by far the best home improvement store in the Bismarck/Mandan area. I would definitely recommend checking here first for any of your home improvement adventures.

Great place to shop and has many products readily available. There are lots of helpful staff. However, registers seem to always be understaffed. I would still recommend shopping here though.

Got new LED can lights for the kitchen. Now to installing them

Went in for fitting for pool and they didn’t have have exactly what I was looking for so I headed over to plumbing. Saw Moe and ask if he had a solution. Not only did he have an amazing solution but he helped with everything else we needed!!! Great customer service!!!!! Will definitely come back for his advice!!!!

Tried typing a review but that ended up being 4 paragraphs long.. so I’ll keep it short: They messed up our kitchen so bad, despite spending well over 4 grand here alone to remodel it... and my last straw: a few days ago we had to come here for a couple things and got a few bones for our dogs while we wer here. Because of that, we spent over $600 today at the vet and he’s still very very sick with projectile diarrhea and vomiting... he’s only 1 1/2 years old.Very long story short... as much as I hate leaving bad reviews, don’t trust their animal products and don’t trust any remodeling/cabinets/countertops etc for your kitchen. (I can’t speak on anything else.) I’m beside myself at this point.
