Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced! They are slow to respond to calls and emails, if at all. Staff is not truthful in product availability and does not communicate clearly or timely on expectations or changes.Company makes you pay before product is made, but does not refund the difference when order is not fulfilled as promised. Ive tried to reached owner several times over a month and no one will call me back or even answer the phone now. Do not waste your time or money!

I ordered an item for my daughter related to high school hockey when she was a sophomore. She is now a senior and she still has not received it. I have directly tried to resolve this problem. They have been unresponsive. I would suggest not ordering anything from this company. If you do, don’t pay for it until you receive it.

Extremely happy with this company. They did a wonderful job printing our T-shirts. Their customer service is top notch and they worked quickly to get everything to me by the deadline. We will most definitely use them again for other projects.

I Bought a jacket from their online store. Received confirmation of sale but no shipping info. I did not need any embroidery done, I was just purchasing the jacket. After two weeks of hearing nothing I called the store and I was bounced from person to person but no one knew anything about my order. I was told I needed to speak to the owner but she was not there. I spent the Next two weeks trying to contact her by phone or email. I left many messages both voicemail and with the receptionist. Never received a call back or an email back. I filed a claim with PayPal and she never responded to PayPal either. Luckily PayPal completely refunded my money. This business is a joke and I would never buy from this company again. I would give it zero stars if it was an option. Buyer beware.

Took my money and never shipped product. Sent several emails. Manager just refused to reply. Even got an out of office on one occasion. They then told the credit card company when I filed a claim that items were shipping that day and would take 3 weeks for delivery (I live 4 miles away). 4 weeks later no items, credit card company just gave me a full refund. And I am still waiting for a return call or email from the manager but its only been 9 weeks.

Ordered items online for my daughters middle school basketball team. 3 months have passed, season is over, and still no items. I have spoke to them several times but I dont get a call back after they, check on this. I was told today another week and half!!! Terrible service***Update***The items were ordered August 19th and I picked them up today 12-3-19No apologizes when I picked the items up today...just a whole lot of attitude from the lady at the front counter.

This is THE BEST company to go through for merchandise and promotional items. They have always done an exceptional job. Each item is completed to perfection and in a timely manner. Happy to be a loyal customer!
