It is a smaller Costco with a limited selection. But the employees are wonderful. They were helpful each time I had questions and checked to see if they had those items in stock.I went on a weekday and I’m sure that had something to do with my experience as well.Great produce selection and got some things on sale. No complaints.

Like this store. The aisles are wide and easy to maneuver. Most aisles were well stocked, but a noticeable shortage of fresh fruit and vegetables . Not as much variety as usual.

Purchased online membership went into Bismarck Costco 10-22-21 to pick up my membership card and was denied my card after showing all required documents and proof of payment. I was told they had nothing in the system under my phone number and our membership was expired. After waiting 35 minutes at customer service they finally gave me my card but refused to give me my husbands card. On 10-26-21. My husband return to same Costco to pickup his membership card and was denied his paid for Executive card. Total miles driven 366 ..No shopping..VERY Disappointed with staff that has no clue and states that’s under there pay grade to look up our memberships..

I love Costco. We have been members since 1993 and have visited many stores. We are on a road trip from Boston, MA to Vancouver, BC and planned to get gas only at Costco gas stations. Sometimes we would go in and get some of the different kind of salads and seafood. and eat in the hotel. At this Costco we got the quinoa q salad and the ceviche.

This Costco is the worst one I’ve ever been to staff at the membership desk is rude and unhelpful. I tried to return shoes that I bought online and the guy at the desk (with the store as empty as I’ve ever seen a Costco) asked as though I was inconveniencing him and he clearly did not want to help me. Not only did he not return the right shoes from my purchase, I only got back $12.25 for the $35 shoes. How that happens, lord only knows. (I only realized once I got home and checked my bank account)I was really as patient and kind as I had ever been because me being new to Costco, I don’t know how things work and the guy seemed as though maybe he was new as well because he asked for help from an older lady, who I’d say was equally if not more rude than they guy. This is the closest Costco to where I live, but after this I’ll drive the extra hour to Billings.

A standard Costco with all the services we have come to expect. I am so happy to have one closer to where I currently live. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

I picked up four new tires for our GMC Acadia. They were sold out of the Michelin tires I most wanted but they had some pretty equivalent Bridgestone tires available. (I was also pleased they honored the $150 rebate for this particular tire.) I did my homework on the tires and clearly received a better value here at Costco than I would have received otherwise. The new manager, Josh, is very helpful and well informed.

Lots of good quality items at good prices. It is an all American bulk quantity store but they also offer discount priced gasoline with ethanol free premium which is nice to find.

We had went in to do some low carb bread for the month and stir fry/taco veggies...I wanted to pick up qtips to clean my dog Annies yellowjacket attack wounds but was short $2 for a cash bulk purchase. One of the young ladies saw my concern and donated to Annies recovery enough I could purchase them at Costco. To this generous person Annie is my predator dog that keeps our ragtag band of farm animals safe from preditors and alerts us to trouble...

Anytime I attempt to complete an online order with delivery through instacart, fresh strawberries are “out of stock”. They never end up having what I need in stock. Very disappointing.

Its about time a second Cosco opens in ND. Much sooner visit a Cosco than Sams. They have a better shopping experience and the bathrooms are always cleaner. Oh yea, I cant forget the shopping carts, always in a clean, running order.

Great service and a big store to get anything you need to stock up on. Never really feels crowded due to the space available.The checkout experience is great because they usually have two people helping you if you have a large cartful of goods. Someone will scan the items and someone else will pack the cart more efficiently than you could have dreamed of doing it.

What I like about Costco*The workers are accommodating and friendly*The food at the concessions is 👍 and so affordable (maybe too affordable 😂)*There are a variety of items, but not so many choices that a person is stuck staring at 5 different kinds of giant containers of beans.

We live over 95 miles away and drive there once a week to stock up on housewhole essentials. You cant beat their meat products, especially their prime quality steaks which are reasonably priced. Their fresh salmon and marinated shrimp are two of our favorite items there. They also have a nice selection of fresh fruit, vegetables and bakery goods. Every once in a while well buy a major appliance or a computer or printer or cell phone. Overall, weve been very satisfied with their products and their service.

Charging $60 every 6 months, no benefits, discounts! Sams club is better, earn money back!

We were there sat/ 9-18-21 around 530 pm checking out and was the first time we were at a cosco, going through the store was ok, but the lady that was buy us at the self check out was the rudest associate I have ver came across that there was it for me!!!!

They need to get more organized in the deli if they are going to continue to offer sandwich trays. Had to hunt down somebody to get me a slip from the self serve kiosk since staff working in the deli didnt know how to help me and told me to find someone in a red vest. Then go to pick it up, go to deli where no one is to be found. Back to the front of the store to find someone in a red vest. This whole process is not very customer friendly.

I went in today for a membership card. I was offered a deal for more money back if I get the credit card. So I asked if it would lower my credit score. The worker told me she didnt know. I went for it. I am new to credit. Have had my one card four months. Lowered my 630 credit score by 91 points. Thanks Costco/Citibank.

I dont think I have ever dealt with such rude employees in a store before. Both Lori and Lila at the till were very rude. Im sorry if they hate their jobs but dont take it out on your customers.

This Costco is even fancier than the location based in Fargo. I would definently recommend people to visit this department as it has a very nice pumping station for vehicles and with a very large interior when you get into the store along with many quality items to choose from.

The worst shopping experience Ive ever experienced!!! Ive never had three people Ascend on my cart and start trying to scan check move my food and items that I was buying covid covid-19. Why would you ascend on anyone like that and touch their food 3 people I canceled my membership and well never be back I spent a lot of money at your store maybe its not a big deal but to me it was! GREAT customer service at all levels of the team.We were helped by to worker with self check out, we were having issue with pulling from the cart, scanning and no place to put items.We were trying to put a box on the scale, which caused the auto check out system to not recognize it was a empty box.The came over and scanned our items with out a concern.And then offered to assist us older folks out to our car.

I absolutely love Costco! We are busy all the time that there are times when I have forgotten to take something out for supper. There meat department is amazing! The staff is on point 👌 I dont miss Sams Club

Costco at Bismarck is very well organized and clean. Its great to know that non members can use the pharmacy, they provide many services at the location. Costco is fully staffed and checkout is quick. They should upgrade their app to be able to scan and checkout. Otherwise I loved my experience at here.

Outstanding. Great prices. Employees who still have the spark of life in their eyes and actually want to be in the building and are almost obnoxiously helpful. Its almost unsettling being treated with genuine customer service instead of the forced charade were all used to.

Best thing to happen to Bismarck.

We are glad they opened in Bismarck but wish it was bigger! They dont have a lot of stuff the bigger ones do. Their produce is terrible. Nothing was very fresh, squash was moldy. Bananas almost ready to make bread! Dont carry the variety of pet food the larger ones do or bakery items. But we will shop there again. Tire department was great. Staff was excellent. Very clean store.

Costco vs Sams is the real question. Sams is not bad, but I prefer Costco.I went to Costco for gas. Gosh, I saved about 30 cents a gallon. a very conservative estimate is it saves me 20 a month, 240 a year.I dont have a big enough family or enough storage for bulk buying food all the time, but I like their goods and we have enjoyed our membership more than our Sams. They are very similar I. Many aspects though.It comes down to what it is they offer. Personally, I prefer Costco and the unique products the offer. I did think the app at Sams app was better made for scanning, but Costco does have scan and pay also.I was not very impressed the 1st time I went to Costco, because it seemed like Sams club, but the more I go and notice their stuff, the more I am on team Costco.

The staff I encountered were all friendly especially filling my prescription. Found some good deals and a few not so good.

People are as passionate in the Costco v Sams Club debate as they are Ford v Chevy. Full disclosure, I have been a life-long Sams Club member (mostly because never lived close to a Costco). After visiting the new Bismarck Costco for the first time, I am undecided. Being in the North side of town is more convenient and gas prices are awesome. Other than that, nothing really distinguishes one from the other. Merchandise is a little different put no real killer deals that I couldnt find at the other store. It boils down to personal preference in my opinion

Woohoo! We are from out of town and were surprised to see a Costco when shopping in Bismarck for a college student. Now considering getting her a membership to use for Costco gas and for her off campus living in Bismarck. Missed you the last few years, glad you are now here!This Costco is the nearest Ive ever visited. It is similar to other stores. This site is the first time Ive seen self check-out in Costco. Items look to be the same I estimate this Costco is smaller than Im used to. I didnt see anything missing. Check-out stands have more permanent dividers for COVID separation.

I really enjoy Cosco. There staff are so helpful. The store was very clean. They had everything I needed in stock.I really love the food in the food court.

We were driving through on our way back to Minnesota and were having trouble with one of our tires. We cant say enough about how helpful and caring the tire shop manager, Josh, was. He got us in their busy schedule and got the tire looked at quickly to get us back on the road. He even called us the next day to make sure we got to our destination safely and to see if he could help make some calls for the next step of the repair. Wish we lived close enough to go back. Thank you, Josh - you are making the world a better place!

Costco has the best merchandise and best prices. I live 130 miles away so dont get there as much as I want to. Would shop there every week if I lived closer.

Only accepts cash or VISA as payment. Very limited selections. I was unable to find the brands or sizes of the products that I usually use. No visible employees to assist with help finding products. Prices not as low as indicated.

I love shopping at Costco. Buying in bulk on items we use all the time saves me in the long run. The warehouse is clean with wide aisles. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located for me to shop. Doesnt have everything I need but I enjoy looking at what is new and unique. The package sizes can be overwhelming for 2 people, but I like the gas station prices the best. Probably get my membership cost and more there.
