Excellent store! I couldnt find one of the items I needed and a very helpful associate there was very helpful in helping me find the item I needed. It was refreshing to go to a store where the employees are helpful. Overall...5 stars plus!

Great store...lots of merchandise in all departments. Clean and orderly, staff are great. I really appreciated the fact that they allowed me to do a return on an item that I had purchased at their store in Dickinson.

I was in the store on Sunday October 10. Asked for a price on the Harvest machine and had to go through 4 associates to get help. The guy from sporting goods refused to look up the price unless I was serious because it us over $3000. He repeated it several times.Seriously? If you wouldve just pasted the price I wouldnt to bother an associate. My serious $ will go elsewhere.

Trying to find help is beyond impossible. Employees walk right by me and dont acknowledge me. They rarely have product in stock (at least to my knowledge).

Kept clean, though some of the aisles were a little cramped from the merchandise placement. The staff was friendly. Definitely a good place to fund some more obscure items. Fun Fact: This used to be a Walmart back in the day.

Runnings is an awesome farm, hunting, and yard supply store. I love going in to see what new thing I can find, however I also go when Im on a mission to say buy plants or for parts to fix the lawn mower. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful. Runnings is also pet friendly as long as you have a well behaved pet on a leash. My dog loves to go to runnings with me, he knows he doesnt have to sit in the car to wait for me.

I was going to spend $377 at this store today, until Bill (part time manager) showed me his inability to understand retail price points, inventory lag time, and closing a sale over $7. I wanted to buy a 20 lb bag of grass seed, but they only had two 10 lb bags of this seed in stock. I asked Bill if he would price match the 20 lb bag of seed and he said he couldnt and then couldnt tell me when he would be resupplied because of COVID-19. So I took $270 in products out of my cart and finished my purchase. If I was his leadership, I would be embarrassed about this customer experience.

I was at the store in Bismarck for 45 minutes looking at gas grills waiting for a clerk to come over and help but no one showed or asked if i needed help after that walked to cashier and asked for help still no one came,so i figured they didnt need the sale. went ACE hardware bought the same grill in 10 minutes. Next time i will go to ACE first.

Had a negative experience today with horrible customer service, very disappointed in how supervisors/managers handled themselves. They are setting low standards for their employees because they are not leading by example.As I stand waiting to check out at a register, that has a light on, but no cashier to be found, 2 supervisors Marcella & Alicia sit and chit chat at the front of the store. One of the females made eye contact with me twice, not once, but twice and still continued on with her conversation. I asked the gentleman one aisle over where the cashier was and he said she should be back any moment, si I wait. After a few minutes I lug my 30 lb bag of dog food over to the other aisle to check out. The entire time 3 supervisors are at the front of the store just talking. How do I know this? I asked the young man whom cashed me out for their names.Paul, Marcella & Alicia from the Bismarck store did not assist in making the customers experience better in any way at all. They just carried on doing nothing while I patiently waited for assistance. Disgusted to think that these type of people are the leaders of others. They obviously do not care about their store.

Noticing COVID related shortages at many places. Went for canning supplies. They were out of can lids. They had 12 pc lid and ring combo, but I dont need rings. No wide mouth lids at all.

They had what I needed but the store was so big and full of stuff that I needed a little assistance in finding what I was looking for. The first associates I asked for help did me no good becouse they were to involved in a personal conversation, so I had to find another person to assist me. So, I believe they should need up their service game.

I was really impressed with this particular Runnings. They’ve got a huge selection and staff is generally helpful and friendly. I ordered a three-point scraper for my tractor online through their website, and there was a little confusion when I went into the store as to who I needed to talk to to get it loaded up. I ended up having to drive around to the north side of the store where the loading docks are, in order to get the equipment loaded into my trailer. Being located where they are on such busy streets makes that a little bit challenging with a trailer. I wish they would open a second location in north Bismarck along Highway 83!

Had everything I needed + it was the bucket sale. Boots and waders didnt fit but were added anyway. Saved 15 bucks on top of clearance prices. Big thumbs up.

Best store in town! I always find somebody to help me find what I need. The remodel a few years back turned out really good. From jeans, horse first aid, to shotgun shells, they have it all with great prices. My favorite store, I bet Im there once a week.
