Great service. And if Ive ever had any issues with products they have always made sure I was satisfied and or compensated for any company defected products. Had only happened twice with my cartridge pods for my vape.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from beginning to end. But the most amazing part of my experience started after the sale. The following day I realized the credit card I used was missing. I immediately called the store and spoke with Alexis, the Regional Manager. She didn’t simply take a quick look and tell me it wasn’t there, she went above and beyond by asking her staff if they found it all while showing a care and concern that I appreciated. She even offered to keep an eye out for it. This may sound like a small thing but it speaks volumes to me that Alexis and her entire staff make customer service and satisfaction a priority that is rare with many businesses today. We both enjoyed a good laugh when I stopped in to make my next purchase and to personally thank her when I sheepishly told her I found it....IN MY WALLET! I just put it in a different place behind a different card! This experience and of course their quality products at reasonable prices has earned them all of my vaping business for life! Very helpful and friendly staff although they don’t have the widest variety of kratom they have enough of a selection to find what you need and it’s very reasonably priced plus the more you spend the more cash you get back on your next purchase it’s definitely my favorite place for kratom here in town

I just go there a few minutes ago because I need one of those cartridges for my girlfriend vape but I can remember exactly the model or name or brand that the one she have. 2 guys working there I ask to the guys to show me all 3 different kind that they have because If I saw Im gonna know right away witch one its. But the answer was No! Really? Why they cant show me if I was going to buy like I buy in the past there? Its not their job? Was a problem show me what I need? Was hard? Im completely in disappointment w my visit tonite!! Horrible service! Any help! Any interest to try to find the stuff that I what!!! Never like the ppl that I saw the others time that I visit the place!!! 0 % costumer service!

I would buy items from this store and recommend them to others. They have a very large selection of vape juice and vapes as well as reasonably priced kratom.They have a neat points program as well and it really makes a difference when you pay for your products.

Im so disappointed with the this business. Ive spent a lot of money at this establishment, trying to navigate my way. It would be great to receive what you ask for and pay a decent price..additionally not pay overrated prices or whoever is at the registers price, its hard enough to navigate from cigarettes to vape, people should be able to rely on professional running these shops.

I enjoyed my experience the staff was super helpful he helped me pick out a vape but when I came back the very same day because someone in my family had the very exact same vape and same color so I asked to exchange it for different color same kind just different color so it wouldnt get mixed up the staff person who was so helpful earlier and picked the vape out that I purchased wouldnt let me trade it for another color it was still in the package and I had receipt. But I guess policy is policy sticklers

The employees we encountered were unfortunately extremely rude. We came in about a hour and 15 minutes before closing.. at the moment it seemed like an employees friend was visiting and the employees seemed rather annoyed to have to help us or answering any questions about the products. We did try and hurry as we felt extremely rushed. However, my mom was undecided on some things and it got busy. The employee then got extremely rude and once confronted as too.. He why went off on my mother.. Instead of helping others while she decided on the products the employee then told her to not be rude and take to long because they close in 45 mins. As a business owner If someone came in even right at closing time I’d be happy to help. Not sure if we caught someone at a bad day, but we will definitely avoid this place. Spent well over $150 in products here aswell.

This store often is out of stocks of certain products. Once I came in the middle of the day and they were closed when they should have been open. They have lost me as a customer and I now go to Moes Smoke shop, which is a much better smoke shop!

Every employee who works here is very helpful and friendly they answer any questions you have and if you are new to vaping they will show you how to set up your device and how to change the coils out. They also have a lot of different flavors. I have been to other vape stores but Infinite Vapor is by far the best place to go to.

Its a great place, has a wide variety of vaping products, I went there for this CBD that sold. So in so far as my remarks go, I dont vape. I know that the government is trying to shut down vaping. But from what I could tell, this is a good place to buy vape products. And so far as CBD.... That section only takes up a third of the store. Plus its not local and its prepackaged...
