Poor customer service promised to have my order together (gave him 4 days) so my wife could pick up when in Bismarck shopping. Wont answer texts or my phone call the day before . STILL no response3 days late r.

Unbelievable service! I had an electrical issue with my 1991 EZ-GO recently and called looking far parts. Not only did they have them in stock they walked me through how to install properly. After I attempted to fix the problem myself my cart would still not run. On short notice on a Saturday they had me bring my cart to them and they made time for me and got it fixed up in an hour. I highly recommend using Pro Kartz for any golf cart maintenance or service. They also have a large inventory of new and used custom carts available on their lot. Check them out!

Sold me a 2016 can am commander only to find out later it was a 15. I specifically asked what year it was in a Facebook message board and was told a 16 Payed 2016 price for it. Because of the great distance between Bismarck North Dakota and Edgerton Minnesota returning it was not an option. When I Mentioned the issue they got very upset and threaten not to send my title because I was going to leave a bad review. A report has also been filed with the Better Business Bureau. buyer beware...
