Just visited their indoor range that is accessible to the public (non-member) with my son. It was clean, air conditioned, and appeared to be well taken care of. All three employees were friendly, professional, and polite; 5/5 stars.

I made an account just to leave this review.This place has kind, informed staff, good stock, and very affordable prices.This is absolutely the best gun store/range Ive been to, and its because of the people. The staff and people here are kind, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The range is pistol calibers only, but cheap and unlimited in time. The rentals are insane, like $20 for unlimited different trials. The gun rental stock is good and they even carry Black Rifle Coffee.If you dont act like an idiot and are polite, this place will feel like heaven. Please dont change, Personal Defense Center.

Rude workers. Wont work with you on pawn items. they utterly refused on tools i brought in to pawn. Always gave me a low price on a gun I was wanting to pawn

An excellent place to stop and do some handgun training. The staff are very knowledgeable. Also the shop provides the opportunity for people to test and study for the ND Class 1 and Class 2 Concealed Weapon license. They will also do fingerprints and photos for customers.

I have requested kydex holsters/shealths be made for 3 guns and 1 knife, had my knife for over a year and never did get a shealth, eventually went in ti get my knife back. Have asked for holsters to be made for 3 guns, its been 7 months and never recieved anything yet.

I received my class one permit from them. They have a great variety of guns. Super nice people.

Ive visited the range on several occasion. Staff was most helpful, courteous, and ever cautious and safe. Be sure to check out all the discount days- seniors, veterans, date night. Great deals, very well kept.Just completed CCW application and training. Nick was quite knowledgeable, articulate, and experienced. I walked away not only with my testing a success, but I learned a lot more than I expected. I felt I got a great value, and I do believe I found a reliable resource for my future defensive arms education. Thanks to all the great folks at PDC.

Great customer service and a really nice indoor range! I was there looking for a Glock part, but they didnt have it in stock. However, they kept looking and found one in their office. That saved the day!

Purchased a gun inside the store, online. Was assured by the counter clerk that the process of having it shipped to my city would be no problem. Its been 2 months, I still dont have the gun. Worst customer service I have ever recieved, extremely unprofessional.
