We had a discrepancy and a question on our bill. After talking with Ferrellgas they were able to help us out and explain the services provided as well as the charges to be expected. So far satisfied with the company and would recommend.

Prices are high and we got gouged during the 2014 gas debacle. So why 5 stars? They are fast and efficient for sure. However, the real reason is if you get the chance to work with Don. He is about the genuinely nicest guy you could meet. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and a great person. He boosts Ferrellgas to 5 stars in our opinion.
