Great service. Knowledgeable. Joe and his team are professionals. Ignore the bad reviews, because most of them being their snowblowers into the shop a day after a blizzard and want them fixed the same day, even though they haven’t serviced it since last year and left the junk gas in all winter. Support your small business. They have echo equipment, pretty much the best you can get as far as lawn care. Reasonably priced and done right the first time.
Awesome service. Now runs a great shop!
Very pleased, been going there for years,
If you got a small engine, these guys will fix it. Give them time, theyre real busy.
I have been using Precision Small Engine for the past decade. They are very knowledgeable and honest to work with. Sometimes they are completely swamped with customers but it is only because they are such a very high quality repair shop. I highly recommend them to do your next repair.
Joe and Chuck have always been excellent on getting my equipment up and running, getting parts ordered and getting them to me rapidly so I have very little down time. Highly recommend using their services.
Great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable, fast and reliable with repairing and servicing small engine machines. I highly recommend this shop.
Have been using this shop exclusively for past 10 years. Great service; honest and reasonably priced. Five Stars.
Ive been able to get all the small engine parts Ive needed so. Very helpful people.
Went in 45 minutes before the advertised closing time one afternoon and they were too busy getting ready to close to pay any attention to me. They threw some parts at me and wanted me out the door. I wanted to actually talk to them about my mower and the issues I was experiencing. I will not walk through his door again.
My Snowblower needed a new carburetor, they had the carburetor, and sold it to me at a very good price ..Much less than Ebay or Amazon, Very helpful parts man..Thank you.
Precision was prompt, professional, and courteous. Was pleased to get my snow blower back so quickly.
Excellent and fast service and fair price.
Very good place fixed our snowblower
Great place and fast service! We are new to town so it was our first try here but will be using for all our small engine needs
Great place for repairs to lawn mowers and snow blowers. Or any small engine repairs. They accept credit cards checks or cash.
They were able to get the lawn mower tuned up and fixed the self propel!
Great guys willing to help. Ordered me a part I needed and it only cost $2.63.
Ive been turning to Precision Small Engine (PSE) for the last couple decades for all things mower, blower, tiller, and everything else with an engine in it small enough that I could lift or drive up a ramp. I also turn to PSE for most parts. My experiences during the whole of this has been overwhelmingly positive. Items they have worked on for me include push- and riding mowers, snowblowers, a power washer (almost, more on that later), and my tiller. They always call with an estimate before proceeding with repairs, and always return the damaged/worn parts after, so I can see for myself the nature of the problem. (Plus, I can recycle the metal.) If the unit isnt worth repairing, they let me know that, too. Turnaround is unfailingly quick unless parts are hard to obtain; even then it is reasonably quick. Now, back to the power washer. Two summers ago it wouldnt start. I fought to even pull it through; something was seriously amiss. I took it in, and Joe sized it up. He asked if it had been tipped. It had; I had been working on the hose attachment. The solution? Remove the spark plug and pull it through repeatedly until the oil that had gone where it wasnt needed/wanted had been cleared. We never even unloaded it, I took it home and followed his directions. Its run fine ever since. Lesson learned. Cost? Nothing other than my time. There can be a drawback to turning to Precision Small Engine though, and thats that theyre well-known and well-liked, so late spring and late fall they get really busy, and are often backed up with work. The solution is to get your mowers (spring) and blowers (fall) in before the weather turns. Same-day service is the norm.
Good small engine repair
Great shop very knowledgeable highly recommend
I may be a little biased because I work here, but, this is the best small engine repair shop in town.
