Horrible service. Reserved a truck and drove 3 hours to pick it up only to find out that it wasnt there. We sat with our 3 kids in a parking lot for hours while they refused to do anything to remedy the situation. Besides refer us to different people. We had to drive another 2 hours to Uhaul and they saved our entire move! Uhaul for the win.
