Bixby Tire Barn was a pleasant & unexpected experience. Typically, tire shops are not, especially for women.I was preparing to travel but had a tire not taking air. Two other well known tire shops, including where I had just bought the full set, put me on a 3 hour waiting list. A friendly employee greeted me at the Tire Barn counter and less than 30 minutes later I was back on the road...on a Saturday. I will be a repeat customer & recommend Tire Barn. Thank you for restoring my faith that great customer service does still exists.

They do a pretty quick job. They fix any mistakes with no hassle. Friendly folks.

I have used Tire Barn, Inc for all my automotive needs for at least the last 6 years. If you have a car, this is who should be taking care of it. The Tire Barn guys are courteous, fair, honest and knowledgeable.

Pulled in with a flat, already planned on purchasing 2 new front tires, pulled my car right in, super fast, did not try to sell me the highest dollar tires they had, they started at the lowest priced, very nice staff, in and out in less than 45 minutes!

Went in and had 2 tires put on my nissan today very helpful great service will be back for 2 more tires

Service was exceptional. Everyone was nice. Had an oil change and didn’t have to wait long. I’m satisfied with everything I needed done with one exception. They broke 3 of the of plastic cups/rings that retain the rubber grommet that attaches my plastic engine cover. I am very upset. I pay very close attention to detail when it comes to my personal vehicle and anything out of place hits my radar very quickly. Just had an oil change yesterday that was free from a bingo game winning. That does not excuse damaging my vehicle or it’s components.

So appreciate that Tire Barn offers a reasonably priced Used Car Quality Check!

Great custom alignment. Brought in my miata on coilovers and 245 tires. Left the alignment specs I wanted and they hit them bang on; caster camber and toe.

There’s a reason Tire Barn in Bixby has their almost all 5 star rank; they earn it with each customer.I took my hybrid sedan in for a routine oil change and Tire Barn got me in pretty quickly. The service was fairly quick but the mechanic had a hard time resetting the electronic service indicator. He called for help and the duo got it done. In the past, with other shops, mechanics have opted not to reset because it’s a pain.The Tire Barn staff was friendly to everyone who came in while I waited, the restroom was clean, and the experience was 5 star.Tire Barn, thank you for paying attention to all details.

Ive used them multiple times and honestly best customer service, I had two tires ordered held over at work longer than expected called at 5:30pm they closed at 6pm I arrived at 545 got a mount and balance drives new again before 6pm awesome people!!

1st experience today and solely chose Tire Barn based on the reviews. I can say I was very pleased from the service as I arrived prior to the opening time and they welcomed me in to see what I needed help with. I was concerned about a couple issues with my car and they diagnosed and also assured me that one of my concerns was just fine (brakes) and that means a lot as a single woman who tends to worry about being taken advantage of. I was charged simply for what was needed a service check and an oil change :) Overall great experience and I’ll definitely be returning

Ive worked for this company in the past, and after leaving the tire barn as an employee, I returned as a customer several times, & have always recommended this shop for anytype of automotive repairs. This auto repair shop is %110 upfront & honest when it comes to repairs. Kris the owner & Brian the Service manager of the Tire Barn, really do care about their customers, & making sure the right repairs are completed in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU give Kris or Brian a call for your automotive repair needs.

Took 2 hours to repair 2 boat tires just to be told they could not repair one. Was one of the 1st customers there in the morning and sat there along with others for a couple of hours for overpriced service. Couple of weeks later took my f150 in for a flat repair and was told there was nothing wrong with it and it was aired up just to have it flat two hours later. Worth the drive to Tulsa for better service and prices.

They have fixed my cars well, promptly, and reasonably priced as well as letting me know if they see a structural problem needing to be addressed. My alternator went out. I called and Chris, I believe to be a manager there said they could repair it. I had it towed there, and I was expecting a next day repair and pick up. They had it finished in 3 hours. The price for labor, and parts were excellen, and I knew the cost before they began. Most importantly no surprise We found something else claims. Trustworthy, quick return time, and honest.

This place is great. They have experienced mechanics that know what they are doing. They saved me hundreds of dollars on a suspension/alignment issue that another shop misdiagnosed.

Originally, I only used Tire Barn for new tires, but when they located a problem the dealership failed to diagnose several times, we began using Kris and the Tire Barn crew for all of our vehicle maintenance & repairs. I drive out of my way with company vehicles just to use Tire Barn. They are locally owned and stand behind their work. Also, their prices are more reasonable than the local dealerships.

I live in Broken Arrow and I prefer driving to Bixby when I have a concern with my car. The guys at the Tire Barn always tell me in advance what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. This is precisely how I want to be treated. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else!

Had a flat tire from my riding mower that needed repairing. They had it fixed in 30 minutes at a very fair price.

Chris and the guys at Tire Barn were professional and couteous. I took my wifes car in for an oil change and to check a rattle noise in the front end. I was unaware she had gotten her oil changed two days prior. Instead of changing the oil again and charging me they made me aware and fixed the rattle noise caused by loose bolts left by another mechanic. All done quickly with no charge. Great place with honest employees. They treat you right at Tire Barn.

Not impressed. Asked for appointment on phone and was told no need, just come in and they’d be able to take a look..Couldn’t even get in that day when I went in. Not to mention the person the counter was cold and unwelcoming. Won’t be back.

They were very nice! They werent able to help with my antenna but they at least tried!

Went here bacause they did a great job on my dads truck. Got my valve cover gaskets and plenum gaskets changed. In the process of pulling the throttle body they broke it, but accidents happen, they got me a salvage one (at my cost) and replaced the o ring . Got my car back and the service engine light was on, got an oil change and no change. They took it back and ended up that one of the mechanics didnt plug a wire back under the intake manifold. Got my car back running, and half a mile down the road the engine light came back on. Egr valve this time ($150 for the part) I didnt take it back in fear thst they would mess something else up.
