I would give 10 stars if I could. Rockford Service Center knows their stuff. We first took our car to Honda to get a service and quote. They gave us a list of things that needed to be replaced and we decided to get a second opinion. We took it to Rockford Service Center and they gave us a new quote. Two of the things that Honda said needed fixed did not need fixed, and were in great condition. Both things would have cost $1000 each to fix. Forest, at Rockford Service Center, also found things on our van that needed fixed that Honda didnt see. The things Forest found were major too, and would have ended us up stranded if we would have went on our vacation without fixing them. We are very impressed with Rockford Service Center. The work is done fast, the customer service is awesome and the workmanship is great. We will be using for any future car needs.

I actually come all the way from Rigby ID just to have my car serviced here. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always finish faster than I expect. Forrest is my favorite mechanic but they’re all great! Rather than worrying that my bill is going to add up, I truly feel they have my best interest in mind because they care more about their customers than they do about nickel and diming people. Take all of the family cars here. . see Charlie he does solid work and the hourly cost is i think 70 an hour? but he always charges less than his estimates. They are generally very busy though so you may have a wait on your hands.

My vehicles are always fixed the first time. None of this going back a second and third time. The employees are very professional and kind.
