Stood at the counter for several minutes while the worker was digging through boxes. No acknowledgement whatsoever so I just walked out. I planned on spending a good amount of money today but I will find elsewhere with good customer service.

I have been coming to this place for about 6-8 months and I have never been disappointed. I only vape 1 kind of juice (spearmint), I like my VG low and I only want 1mg of nicotine. I can tell you now, you will NOT find that anywhere in Blaine except for here. Ive tried other stores and they either dont have my flavor or they dont offer my mg that low and I have to buy 2 bottles and mix them together to get what I want. Both the guys that Ive met and worked with there have been amazing and have answered all of my questions. I will not go anywhere else, this place is it for me. Thanks guys!!

Ive been coming here for I think 3 years now maybe 2 but anyways nathan is the best and helps me out everytime Im there (before Lolo left 😔) boss man knows his stuff and can even take orders for stuff he doesnt have and have it in quick. Never had a issue at all if I could Id give way more stars but 5 is max lol.

Everyone that works here are so helpful!! The owner and all of the employees are so honest and sweet. The prices are good. I was a faithful customer at a different place for a couple years, but I now go here for everything.

Recently stopped in here for the first time and I will absolutely be back! The price for liquid is very reasonable especially if you take advantage of the buy one get one half off on 30ml juice. They also have a punch card reward system that I love. The owner recommended some seriously delicious flavors, i especially loved the watermelon hard candy! This is the place to go for all things e-cig!

Friendly, eager to help, stand behind their products and they have never tried to up sale to me. Their juice has the most realistic and genuine flavor of any i have tried elsewhere . Have been in once before today and had a great experience buying new juice and pods for my ecig device. Today however, I was planning on stopping in after grabbing coffee. I pulled in at 9:55am and saw they didn’t open until 10am, so I sat in my car and drank coffee for 10 min or so before trying the door to find it locked. Didn’t look like anyone was there yet. I ran another errand and tried coming back again at 10:20am and the lights and open signs were still off. Just disappointing when businesses advertise specific hours and then don’t actually abide by them. Would still recommend this place despite my experience this morning!

I bought a UR+H cartrage for pain management. I wasnt sure if it would fit my leaf buddi so I was told if it didnt I could return it. I was also told that this product would last me month EASY. Even hitting it heavy. Well I think I was taken for a ride. My vape pen apparently had a battery issue (it was a gift) and I only got 6 hits off of it and the cartrage was down to under half. Not the stores fault... But when I brought it to their attention, not only were they really not willing to help me, but it was pretty much told that I was SOL and that the product has ZERO room for error. The manufacturer tests every one before they ship it... Apparently they are perfect in every way! I asked if I could at least for this one get a discount for another one cause maybe I just picked the short straw... But I really liked the product and how much it helped with my pain. NOPE. Apparently theres no room for error what so ever. I honestly feel like I wasnt valued as a customer at all. I spent $45 on a product that I got maybe $4-$5 dollars worth out of... Wasted money that I cant afford to waste! CBD is a great thing to help with pain... But its not cheap and I dont have the money to be able to waste it at a shop who is completely unwilling to help find a solution. They need work on their customer service skills. It was just an unfortunate situation, wasnt looking to get something free out of them. But I feel like I was being treater like I was looking for a freebee. I work in customer service.... Im not one of those customers.I dont think I will be taking my business there anymore unless I cant find another place that sells this product.

Always been good to me over the last six years I have been a customer. There juice is mixed in house and they take pride in accurate measurements. Staff is well trained and have many years of experince between them all. They have a significant variety of flavors. Quality juice ingredients as well. There coumarin tobacco has been my go to for years and I dont vape anything else. There are plenty of quality devices and accessories to chose from, as well as cbd product lines that are fairly priced along with the rest of the product.
