I love this Cub Foods. The inside is always really clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I really like this Cub Foods store; it is newer and a bit smaller than others in the area. They have plenty of the smaller, two-level shopping carts, which I appreciate, because I am often buying too much for a basket but too little for a regular cart. They have a good selection here. They often carry small amounts of some less common fruits, such as persimmons, which I appreciate.

Very well designed building. Employees appear to be happy and enjoying their job. They have a self checkout available at this location as well.Polite customer service people here!Keep up the fantastic work!!

Good place and prices just never call and ask someone for a product they are blind and dumb or maybe dont care and cant find a product that would have slapped them in the eye if it was any closer to them. Found the item myself in 19 secs after walking in store #Dumb employees 2021

This is the nicest Cub Ive ever seen unfortunately the bathroom has already been neglected and was gross.

Nice friendly staff, very clean and organized throughout the store great place to shop. The great customer service that I encountered with a return I had was extremely needed becauseI wasnt having a good day. The gentleman addressed the issue with the mod and within 3 minutes I had a refund with no issues! Awesome job!!! The only semi con is theyre kinda pricey ☹️ but quality in service is well worth it!

Just visited the Blaine Cub (University) and had a great experience. I went in to buy one of their patio sets, impulse buy, and could not get all the pieces in my car. I talked with two individuals about my circumstances and they found a great solution. I’m sorry I missed their names, they were awesome! The solution was to have the Assistant Manager drive my patio set to my house. Clive, the AM, drove my set home and delivered with a smile. Thank you very much for all the help! The went way above and beyond.

The selection in dry goods is always disappointing. The seafood I purchased was phenomenal though. I picked up some jumbo snow crab from the seafood counter at 14$ a pound and they did not disappoint. Overall I do not enjoy shopping at Cub.

Shelves were full. Store was clean. Employees were friendly. Cashier even chased me down to give me something I forgot on the belt. Great experience. No that busy either.

First time visiting this Cub Foods location. It looks super nice. Im fact its the nicest one Ive ever seen but the restrooms were not maintained at all and were disgusting. Ill modify my review another time of they can maintain the restrooms better.

Went here today to inquire about wedding cakes and cupcakes, and while the first person I asked was full of a whole lot of “nope” when I began asking what was possible, Alicia walked up and found a way to be gracious and accommodating concerning my requests. While Cub may not meet our needs for the wedding; because of Alicia, we will fulfill all of our other occasion’s needs with Cub and hopefully the other bakery department worker learned a little something about Customer Service from Alicia.

With this store being newer and somewhat smaller, it doesnt seem like all of the public knows its there. Which is fine by me. They always seem to have what Im looking for and have a great selection of items. Even though this store is a little further away from the one I normally shop at, I prefer to go to this one.

I love shopping here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The people at the register always greet you with a smile. Rob and susie in the deli are very kind and work hard. Amy in the bakery is so friendly and does amazing on custom decorating. My family moved a ways a way from this location and we still call this our cub.

When I first moved here 3 years ago, this place was kinda run down with outdated food and I didnt shop here much. Now though it is really nice, food is not outdated and the place just looks fresh! Not sure what changed, but keep it going!!

This Cub is either new or newly remodeled. Im guessing the latter. Anyway, this was my first visit and I was really impressed that I walked straight into a world of produce. Two high fives 🙌 to Cub for putting the focus on fresh, whole foods! 🥑🥦🥒🥝Now, if they could juuust increase their organic offerings and lower their prices so they are comparable to those at nearby co-ops, then I might just say, I ❤ my Cub - if thats still their marketing campaign. 😉🤓

Go here almost every day. Clean well kept store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Produce is typically always fresh and well stocked between veggies, fruits, spices, and mostly every thing else you would need for your meal prep and cooking needs. Very convenient location location for a supermarket in this area! Sales on items are frequent on top of coupons and the Cub card. Parking close to the entrances is typically always available and there is plenty of handicapped parking space as well.

I I probably go there about twice a week.I like it because its close to my home However today I was there..Now i dont expect the clerks to throw there arms around me,but it would be nice if they say more to you then just asking if you have the Cub card. I Didnt think the clerk I had to day was very nice at all. She could have been friendlier.

Late 2020 edit: This store is frequently out of stock on many basic items. The pandemic is understandably impactful; but I think the smaller size of the store works against it. If youre looking for something that could be construed as even remotely different dont bother with this store. I think this is more of a supply chain and store design problem. Im looking at you Cub corporate.This is a newer facility and it shows. The store is neat, organized and clean. It features the usual fanfare and standard goods you would expect to find a grocery store. Parking is also easy.If youre familiar with Cub stores, this store generally meets the same standard if not exceeding it. The shopping experience is acceptable and employees are friendly.My primary gripe is that this store features a very limited selection and variety. Dont expect to find anything beyond the basics. You probably can find the essentials here without much trouble but specialty items are less likely to be found.If youre doing basic everyday shopping youll be happy with your experience here. If you like more variety with your grocery store, you may need to expect to make a separate trip for additional items.

Beautiful new store. Has an actual line and quite a few self checkout machines which is nice. Seems a little smaller than a normal cub so sometimes have trouble finding things I find at other locations. But overall great selection.

A step above the other Cub stores I have been to. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always clean, bright and very well mapped out.

Always a good trip when going to this Cub. Lots of parking, well lit parking lot. Staff is always friendly and someone is always around to answer my questions. Another handy fact... They sell stamps!

As someone who enjoyed coconuts growing up, Im very disappointed with this stores batch of coconuts. I bought two last night and another two to night. AND ALL FOUR WERE BAD! For crying out loud, the coconuts showed none of the usual bad signs, but upon cracking, another smelly and rotten. Please stop selling coconuts completely.

Clean, not too busy, decent selection, what more could you want?This location is pretty new. I think it may be a year or two old now, so it still feels new. It’s the anchor for a strip mall of many empty store fronts right now. Milk is in the complete opposite corner from where you enter, so expect a tour of the store for your simple need. I think this location is open 24hrs a day, but I can’t say that I have been there in the early mornings.

Website says money gram is open at 6am. I get here and Im told no/ they dont start until 9am.So I wait till then and at 9 she says.. I cant do it, I dont have enough in my till Im just now starting. And so it goes on and on.. she has the other 3 women saying the same story!This is Bs! So your Saying the store has no money in it until u makE enough sails to cover a $200 money order? G well if that is the case... Im not surprised with the help u have, some help they are too! But if it takes you several hrs to sEll just $200 then how are u even open? Whos covering your loss?!!

Very nice and clean store. Staff is crazy nice! Only thing I would say could be better is the meat department, lots of times they seem to run out of chicken or steaks.

I was with my dad at this Cub Foods. My dad had no knowledge on how to fill up the water gallon we had, so he asked a worker nearby. He asked the worker if he could help him fill up the gallon. He very RUDELY said, You want me to fill it up for you? And my dad said no, I only want help on how to do it. The worker responded rudely again, You want me to HELP you? and my dad said yes. The worker didnt even help him, and walked away. My dad went to the register to complain, and asked for the manager. And the worker came up. Turns out he was the manager. My dad asked, What was all the attitude about? Calmly. The manager then said, YOU were the one with the attitude! Raising his voice. The manager said if my dad didnt leave, he would call the police and hed get arrested. My dad waited, and they didnt even come. Wow, never knew you could get arrested for asking for help from a Cub Foods manager.

If I could give half a star I would. The employees here have no idea where anything is. Even when its right in front of there face theyll tell you they dont carry it. Its sad because the location is perfect and the store is so nice. Literally everytime I or my husband have asked where something is theyve had to walk around searching or told us to go elsewhere.

This cub seems smaller than the others. It is easy to find items, and is always very clean. I enjoy shopping at this location.

What can I say, this grocery store does the job. Except when I want Hot Cheetos, because on multiple occasions theyve been out of them. This location uses mainly self-checkout and whether you like that is a matter of personal preference I suppose.

Clean store, friendly employees, nice self checkout stations and they accept tap to pay/Google Pay/Apple Pay.

Smaller Cub Foods, which is great so I dont have to walk all over the world. Its clean and inviting, and different from the average Cub youre accustomed to.Ill be back for sure.

This cub store is grungy and dingy. Outdated. Entryhallway to restrooms very narrow you bump into people exit out of there. Prices are not discount at cub no more. The selection is getting poorer too. I maybe see cubs not thriving and closing soon.

Gorgeous new store, beautifully laid out. Bakery is amazing with fresh crafted pastries, tortes cupcakes cakes and pies.. deli was well stocked

It is great to have a full grocery store in the neighborhood again. They have a superb selection with excellent prices. I love their hours, too.

Good Cub location. Only thing I could possibly say as a negative would be its not a huge store, but for 99% of what I need they have available. The deli and bakery items have yet to disappoint. I like the option of express lanes as well, but if Im doing an actual grocery stop I prefer the longer checkout lanes with the employee. Will continue to go here for a long time as the location is super convenient.

Great, convenient place for picking up a few item. Smaller store with less availability and variety. Excellent deli and bakery! Terrible customer service from a wiseguy cashier today. Made fun of me and my grocery items and even held onto my receipt when I tried to take it. Reeeeal funny dude! Just lowered my expectations of this store because of it!

They were all fantastic! The store looks amazing and they were handing out doughnut holes and coffee to us standing in line however I didnt see 1 person with the free bag of groceries that was promised to the first 200 in line which I would say we were definitely within that first 200. That part was the only disappointing thing! Otherwise awesome!!

Charging $9.99 for a 4 roll package of Charmin toilet paper is gouging at it’s best. Very poor merchandising & poorer customer relations.

Smaller Cub, nicely stocked with fruit and veggies. If large selection is needed you may need larger store.

I used to work here and let me tell you, not the best sanitary conditions though. The deli has failed health exams more than once with the meatloaf being placed under raw chicken... ew. Deli manager, Alex, uses wrong cleaning agents, is disrespectful to staff and customers, and throws one use gloves in compost. The recycle bins end up mixed with the regular trash which is deceitful. And this Cub is the most expensive in the Blaine area because it is smaller and gets less customers. They raise prices to balance this.

The store is fine but Cub Super Value burger buns had an awful stench and smelled like chemicals. Well of course, they are full of chemicals and will probably kill you if you eat too many. I threw them out.

The gourmet cheese selection was limited. I would like more options. But it was a clean environment and a piece of free fruit per child, that is nice.

I screwed up tonight with my instacart and got my food stuck in the lockers, as instacarts customer service was truly no help at all, 2 employees stepped in and helped and im seriously grateful for that otherwise i wouldve been out of food and money, and again it was MY screwup but instacart did not help, so thank you again soo soo much to the 2 gentleman that helped out tonight i am very grateful.

8 out of 10 times there out of peppermint and big hazelnut creamer, cashiers at the service counter NEVER ask for rewards card, was lied to by the grocery manager about how they now carry my flavor of coffee in bag and not just Kcups and after being told by 5 different people saying they would and over a yr later they still dont have it. Absolutely a waist of time and very unreliable! They carry about half of what a regular Cub carries, always out of stuff, stockers are NO help to find stuff.....just always a huge let down. For now on if I need to make a quick stop, Im passing little Cub to drive farther to shop at Jensens.

Just went to cubs and when i tell you the outside was the most prettiest design i have ever seen and my mom had to ask are u guys open for 24 hours and i guess they said yea and that is just awsome.👏👏👏👏👏.

Went there for grand opening I WILL NEVER in my LIFE go back!!!! I was looked at like I didnt even belong to be there!!!! Then I bought groceries and the first 200 people where suppose to get a bag of free groceries there was 2 white men ahead of me I watched get the bags of free groceries then I walk past they looked the other way!!! I only said the color of the men because Im of color, So I guess thats why Im guessing I was treated the way I was????? Well I hate to admit this but I walked to my car crying in disbelief on how I was treated in my once favorite place to shop, Cub foods lost a loyal customer and I tell any and Everybody about my experience there!!!!! Very sad

There produce is about the best selection in town they are numerous locations so you dont have far to drive to your neighborhood Cub foods

New cub for me, I was in the area and just stopped by. Pretty much the same setup as other Cub foods.

I just wanted to say Customer service is great and the store is lovely, but my top experience was Kaitlyn from Deli she was very humorous and so helpful yesterday, I was so upset about the storm recking my home and she turned my bad day into an amazing one. I totally will be making this my new Cub Foods especially since its also smaller and so convient plus very neat/clean

Todays special on Smithfield hams, was very good I got a 6 and 1/2 7 pound ham pony in smoke for approximately thats a good deals six six packs of 7Up product for 10 bucks really good deal they were 16 oz bottles I love my Cub 😋😋😋😋

Norma is awesome! Shes always there in the mornings with a smile. Customer service is better than any other cub Ive ever experienced. The loss of a star is for the limited stock and no tcf bank OR atm.
