The staff is always willing to help but you have to make the first move. Once you have their attention, they are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of paints and accessories. I stopped buying paint from home depot a long time ago because of them.

They charged me 74$ for a paint thats normally 45$ at other benjamin Moore retailers. #crooks

The manager thinks he can lie to people and then talk over them like they are at fault. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me the old man cant come down the stairs. I spent $319.00 to get my sprayer fixed and it wasnt done right. After i paid for it he wouldnt let me take my sprayer. He kept grabbing it and pulling it away from me. What a horrible experience. This guy is not fit for customer service.

Great quality products and friendly service. Even offered curbside pick up which was very useful during this time. Would not go anywhere else for my painting needs. Best quality paints!

Helped me tremendously with the 50-lb rock salt bags. I cannot lift one by myself and it’s going to snow tomorrow and next week. Not happy about more snow on the way. I will let my next door neighbors know that Ricciardi has lots of rock salt at their Bloomfield store. Thank you!
