The staff here is incredible. They are super knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely friendly. Tonight was my first time and I was truly blown away. Karina helped us find a ton of items, educated us about some others, was super relaxed and did not pressure us (which honestly always makes me want to buy more because I have more time to think about what I want and need), and when she didnt know the answer or wanted to make sure her recommendation would be right for our skin/hair, double checked for us. We will definitely be back here in the future and I truly appreciate the time that was taken to help us!

I love shopping here! The staff is nice.I finally decided to try out the Salon portion. I didnt know any of the stylist beforehand and I let the system chose one for me. I can confidently say that Kristin F will be my go-to from here on out! She layered my hair nicely and also recommended hair products to fix my hair. I referred my mom to her and she is also pleased! Shes very knowledgeable and very talented!

They have some of the best high-end cologne that you will ever find and by far my favorite isMan Intense by Jimmy Choo which definitely is a more high-end cologne but the smell will last throughout the day and Im sure youll get many compliments👍 so if youre looking for a super special gift or you want to smell awesome definitely check out that cologne.

I love this location, they always have what Im looking for in stock. Only down side is employees not very friendly they will walk right past you without offering any assistance or at least a smile. They only greet you on the way in and thats it. This has happened to me mutiple times that Ive shopped there, until this last visit Kelly was super helpful at the register and super happy to do her job. Because of this I will continue to go back.

I did curbside pickup and it was quick and easy.I got foundation, i havent used foundation in a few years and i was a little worried i wouldnt be able to find my right shade.The app to find your foundation didnt really help, the try on foundation, doesnt work and i have an Iphone 11. Just make sure to know your undertone.

Great place for mens cologne. Brought a bottle of Chanel Bleu...it broke ..bought it back, and they switched it for another bottle no problem. Highly recommended.

I’m not even officially done going from red to blonde and have had so many compliments on my color.For all your skin care needs go to Rachelle!!! She has done beautiful cluster eyelashes on me and if I was to trust one person to do my makeup it would be her.Last, but not least the manager Kelly is a godsend. She has gone out of her way to help me many times.I truly appreciate this store. You won’t get better customer service else where.

Unpleasant experience.Was in the store about 20 minutes with many workers walking past and around the area I was browsing in. I was with my 1yo and he was looking at the makeup- touching the shelves with me. An employee walked past and instead of greeting us or asking if we need help finding anything says “don’t let him touch that” in a rude tone and walks away. I was so thrown off by the customer service I put all of my products down and left without buying a thing. It should be recognized that a lot of your customer base will be mamas who don’t have the luxury of leaving their children at home when shopping. Overall I won’t be returning and will purchase my makeup elsewhere.

I asked for lipstick that was advertised to stay on at least eight hours. I showed her the Revlon that I was currently using. She didnt have a clue. She called over another girl who also didnt have a clue and tried to Google a brand she was showing me to determine its staying power. I asked if they had Elf. She pointed the way. In the same area I found the Revlon and EXACTLY what I wanted. (But they didnt have the Elf moisturizer I use.) The cashier was friendly. The line to be served was not obvious so two of us entered from the opposite direction. It was an annoying experience.

This is a nice store. I usually find what Im looking for. Today they did not have the Armani fragrance I was looking for my son. But I was welcomed and did not have to stand in line to pay for my order.

First let me say.... It’s fine they didn’t have what I needed, it’s easy to order at the counters & free shipping. Now the issue, at the counter while I was trying to order my product another employee keep interrupting with her personal issues from home & about an “intimate” issue. (Neither were good) Totally unprofessional conduct; shouldn’t grown people know better? All women or not at the counter, there are just something’s you don’t talk about at work & for sure not with the general public. I tried not to look at her let alone her name tag, I wouldn’t mention it anyway; not the thing to do. I’m just saying have a little decorum.

Fairly priced, and the girls at the salon did such great work for my wedding. Make up and hair were perfect. They took their time and I couldnt have been happier.

When buying products from the store 4.5 out of 5 stars, always friendly and helpful. I recently got a haircut at there salon, asked the stylist to get rid of all the breakage/ split ends. I have fine curly hair. She didnt the first time...I went back in for a hair correction asked to please get rid of my dry ends so I have healthy growth, she cut some more off until I had soft ends. She went to style my hair...I left with frizzy hair and no well defined curls. She was beautiful and well put together, but both experiences with her, I felt disappointed and ugly. It felt like she didnt even want to make an effort to make me look good. I dont think Ill try another stylist from here just because how awful both experiences were. 1 out 5 stars for the salon.

Often times when visiting the store, employees tend to talk over tasking. There have been a few times when the service was good but most recently, I bought a product that was used and I didnt realize it until I was home. I returned to the location in less than 24 hours simply wanted to exchange for a newer, unused bottle and the staff made me feel like it was troubling them to help me.. I understand that there are many aspects to working in a beauty store but if the managers set the tone that customer care is a priority, I think the overall store vibe would be much better, like a beauty supply store should feel. It doesnt hurt the employees be helpful, but thats almost what it feels like!

I love the set up of this ulta store. The staff behind the counter is always very friendly; although not one of the vendors spoke to me. As a freelance makeup artist, I do not usually request any assistance during my shopping; but I found it extremely rude that I was looked at in my face by multiple vendors (and possibly staff) in the prestige department without one single greeting. Oh well, I still utilized my 20% off and found all I went there to buy!

I love ulta they are friendly and very helpful . But they never have samplers in this location . I buy high end make up, most of the time the samplers I get . I love or hate but definitely most of them I went back for the big version . Or brands I never heard of and end up loving .

Ugh.... I walked out with a $300 bill from the salon for a color and a trim, and my color lasted literally 2 washes. 2!! I paid an extra $100 for all the other stuff that was supposed to keep my color in (It was purple) and none of it worked. I had better results when my friend colored it and I paid 1/3 the price! It lasted for 6mo and it was a more brilliant purple. Highly aggravated, but for the 2 weeks my hair was actually purple, it did look fabulous.... Not ever worth this price tag!

I walked in, I was not greeted. I was there for 20 mins looking for a new foundation. I tried to color match myself since no one asked to help me. There were 4 employees talking amongst themselves, not paying attention to any customers. I ended up just leaving. I’d rather drive to the one in Woodfield.

Ive been coming here for years because its in a convenient location and is the closest beauty store to me, but Ive always found that the employees are always unprofessional and rude. They will never go out of their way to help you, and sometimes even if you ask for it theyre reluctant to help out. Especially if youre near closing time-- no matter how fast you get in and out of the store, if youre there past 8:20, expect an attitude.

If you are a makeup person this is the place for you!! Especially if budgetary issues are not present! Someone special on our Christmas list wanted a couple of items from here and they had everything and more! The employees are very friendly and some of the most helpful in retail Ive come into contact with recently! They walked someone who knows almost nothing about makeup through an establishment that could outfit a small city with anything it could ever want! The overall cost was high but from what Ive been told by the user of the products its totally worth it! So I guess its a big thumbs up!

They usually have great stock at this location, and if its not on the shelf, they will ship it to you!

This Ulta Beauty has many more prestige lines of make-up than other Ultas. I went near closing and was looking at high end foundation, and there were no associates available to help color match - which was super disappointing, but they did help me return a couple products that were color matched incorrectly at another Ulta and one that was actually ruined because I was instructed to use it incorrectly by an Ulta associate. So it was a productive visit and I ended up with some good products in lieu of the returns. You really cant beat their return policy, I never sweat trying new products because I know if it doesnt work out like promised - thry take it back, as promised.

I wont recommend Ulta anymore since they lied to me for not returning makeup. I called corporate office and was told you can return with in 60 days but manager at this store told me that we cant return then changed her statement that we can return but will give you less than half of the price even though nothing was used. Then when I told her I called corporate the she giggled and returned all makeup full price.

Lots of stocking stuffer and gift ideas. Poor selection of fragrances.. mens is only a few brands..even less than womens. I thought thwy had more in the past. Cannot compare to Sephoras selection of perfumes. But makeup wise you cant go wrong

As a guy walking in i kind of knew what i was looking for but still hoping somone can assist me. I stood by the perfume looking around for someone, and I saw a 2 girls standing against the wall (it was pretty dead). I know they saw me but kept talking. I waited a little longer after browsing for a little more then peaked my head out again to see if I can make eye contact atleast, I didnt want to interrupt there conversation. Finally one of the two girls standing called even another girl to approach me. Yay! Right? The whole time I felt like she was irritated by having to help me. Do ppl forget what customer service is? Forget what a smile and a friendly hello is? I suppose. Idk im the type to not return if i feel ignored or disrespected even at a place like ULTA, guess make up cant cover up being a bi**h.I did find what i needed and maybe i just came in at the wrong time. Not a complete fail.

So 3 incidentsFirst time I wanted help with Estee Lauder and the lady was talking to a friend about boyfriends. Said she could help when she was done. Fine no problem. But they were just talking. She then took me and got a Shade and said it was a good fit. She dipped her brush inside the foundation and applied. Very unsanitary. When I got into natural lighting I was an orange. I was mad I just went home and returned next day. Manager accommodating me. But I rather have their employees be nice and respectful.Second time, I purchased a lip scrub with a finger print in the scrub!! This was before the whole things about Ulta reselling used things.Finally 3rd. This is right around the corner from me so its the one i go to. They are so rude. Not willing to help. I asked a lady to help me find a foundation and she looked at her managed and said i will find someone, Minutes went by she never did anything. I asked manager she went back to the same associate and told her to help me . She stopped what she was doing then grabbed a foundation and I said it didnt match she said i dont match my foundation, its not a thing anymore okay but I want to match it!! She seemed annoyed. I always hesitate to ask for help because of how rude they are.I was always platinum but I stopped shopping at ulta. To say the least I have become less interest Im make up because I rather not deal with the associates attitude. I only go when Im in bad mood so they dont ruin it.

Avoid at all costs! The workers there are blatantly rude and snobby. The past few times I went there, MULTIPLE employees have made explicitly rude comments to me, looked me up and down, given me bad looks and followed me around. And this to a paying customer who had made a point of smiling and being generally friendly. Dont get me wrong, I love Ulta- so believe me when I say go to another Ulta, any other one. I dont know what their problem is but this one us full of f***ing creeps. This is close to where I live but Ive had such bad experiences here that I go out of my way to drive 30-45 minutes to the other ulta instead of 10 minutes to this one.

This used to be my favorite place to buy my make up products. However, over the past year this store has been declining. They seem to always be out of stock of anything that I go there for and no one seems to know when it will be back in stock again. The display cases look as if they have not been cleaned in a while and there seems to be loose make up around the shelves. This is very unsanitary seeing how they are trying to sell makeup. The majority of people working there are not helpful and unfriendly. They treat their customers like they are idiots. It is a shame that this store location is this terrible!

My first time at this place the staff were very impatient, rude the store was cluttered. I was looking for specific mascara and the cashier/manager did not know where the product was. She kinda looked me up and down and asked someone else. First and last visit. I get better service at walgreens.

Was never greeted at any point while at the store. Waited about 5 mins in the checkout line, but there was no one ahead of me. When a 2nd employee finally came to the register I walked up to check out. She didnt greet me, or ask if I found everything ok... all she said was phone number. After I paid she didnt say thank you, have a nice day or ANYTHING. Terribly rude associates and poor customer service. Very unhelpful. Ill only be back becuase its so convenient but I sure hope they were just having a bad day....
