I know Safelite does good work but nonetheless they were $150+ on my windshield compared to a dozen other places so I didnt use Safelite this timeSorry guys maybe next time and btw I have a lot of people call me for auto and truck glasswork. Be nice if you guys would try and get your price in a competitive spot so I could use you again. Thank You

I scheduled an appointment with Safelite on 5/17/21 for a windshield repair and was immediately provided a time frame of 8 a.m. to 12 noon the next day, 5/18/21. After receiving two texts and two separate emails confirming this date and time range, I waited and waited yet no one ever arrived. At 12:10 I phoned Safelite to inquire as to where the technician was, waiting ten more minutes before the representative came back on the phone to inform me that they could not get in touch with the assigned technician. I was phoned back ten minutes after that and told that the technician was actually off work that day, and that the manager of the Bluefield store had accidentally scheduled him to my repair. Of course, no one else was available to provide service that day, which means I had lost my time AND still had a cracked windshield. How hard is it to assign a job to someone who is on the work schedule for a specific day, instead of someone scheduled to be off? Typical American incompetence. So much for this being the folks that come to you! I was offered a discount if I brought my truck to the Beckley store, like that does me any good when I live an hour away from that location. Theres a reason I scheduled the appointment at my house in the first place! Terrible business.

I was very pleased with the service there they are all very friendly . The person that put my window shield in was very friendly and told me everything he did. Also it was so nice that he told me to have a nice day and please be safe on the roads I thought that was so sweet

Terrible customer service. Ordered a windshield and had an appointment set up between 8 & 12. At 12 nobody arrived. Called and found out technician was 2 hours away. After contacting corporate office and Charleston office, found out no one would be coming by today. This was after I had missed a days work. Got a lot of excuses (windshield was too difficult to install, not a remote job, takes all day to install, etc.) Safelite knew the type vehicle, they set up the appointment. Cost me a days work a a week wasted. No way to do business. Should have stuck with local shop. Not even one star.

They replaced my windshield now my rides were leaking somewhere my floorboards staying wet which is going to rest my floorboard out do you all have a lifetime warranty on these where you come back and fix the leak around the window seal after putting one in and I would love a phone number

The facility in Bluefield WV was very clean. The waiting room and bathroom were spotless. They also had coffee and a TV for customers who were waiting. They started on my vehicle as soon as I arrived and kept me updated on my vehicle while I waited. Also, the service technicians cleaned all my windows without me asking! The man in the office took the time to explain the warranty to me. I highly recommend this Safelite location.

The local guys are ok but are hogtied by a terrible supply chain setup. Almost 2 weeks to get the correct gasket from South Carolina to West Virginia. The warehouse sent the wrong gasket with the tech. All the while my rear window was taped up with plastic and it leaked when it rained The tech broke my old window taking it out so he could not put it back until the right gasket came in. I will be using Glass America from now on. I have had good luck with them in the past. No more Safelite nightmares for me.

Took my son truck there to get a back glass fix. Did a great job.

This place agreed to replacing the glass in a car, front and rear glass with new, then came back and said well its going to be 3 times what we quoted and agreed to, when questioned they said that the glass for my car was used for another job and the cost of another piece of glass was going to be three times that amount and I had to pay. well obviously I didnt agree to that but I did have another piece of glass on hand myself, so I said come use my glass and give e me a new quote... He gave me one for one price again, then tried to come but the weather prohibited them from getting to the car, so we rescheduled, when that morning came they called me up and said you know what, we are going to have to charge you another 100 because we didnt quote you for the rear glass, which has was a complete lie... I have used these guys several times with no issue, however they are about as worthless as tits on a bull, and will try and scam you every which way they can, they tried to fill me with total crap every time I talked to them and it was always about the price and them wanting to change the price that they made and agreed to. I will be posting an ad in all the local papers that surround this business in Bluefield WV to inform the public of the incompetence and the way that they will try and swindle you
