This was for my dad who is a retired N&W conductor. Turned out so cute and was delicious!

I typically always base my reviews at a starting level and adjust based on flaws in quality or service. Personally I have been here twice with the family and the lady was extremely nice and attentive to us as we decided and even helped recommenced based on cravings. Clean, neat, tidy and had a smile the entire time and cookies were fresh. Loved the experience!

The staff is very nice. They work hard to make the cake you want. I seen a wedding cake they did out of sugar Cookie it was beautiful! Who would have thought you could stack Cookie cakes and make a wedding cake. This store has done some amazing things.

I have ordered a cookie in person, over the phone and online and all three times the cookie wasn’t prepared or ready when I picked them up. The last one I ordered online on a Sunday and paid for it. I needed it to be ready by Wednesday at 3:00pm. I showed up at 3:35 and was told they didn’t have my order. I had to look up the art and code number for what I ordered for the manager. After 10 minutes he tells me he wasn’t trained to draw the dog I wanted. I was never offered a refund or discount because I had already paid online. 45 minutes later I got my cookie that looked like a 4 year old drew. There is obviously a high number of incompetent workers there. I can understand a mess up, but three times consistently with three different means of ordering. I tried about 10 times to call Corporate and no one has returned my call.

Great staff. Helped me with everything I needed. Cashier was very nice!

Worst service ever st Mercer Mall Great American Cookie Comoany. Ordered online day before at 3pm to pick up noon 9/23. Cookie cake was not even started and was put together in 5 min like slop. Never again. What a shame what we pay for these cookie cakes and can not have on time nor the way you ordered and a shame to place on table for viewing ....

So I went today to pick up my daughters 3rd Birthday cookie name instead of Nevaeh they had Neya I spelled this out 2 times thank God shes to young to remember

Went into Mercer Mall today stopped by Great American Cookie company worst service ever. 4:00 and dont have no dough for pretzels. 2 hours before closing. Get with the program.

Worst service and staff ever, I will never order anything else from here again
