Amazing eatery! Everything I have had here is incredibly fresh and very delicious. Their coffee is to die for, and their staff is amazing. I come here regularly, and they are just friendly as could be.
Really good food and good service. The turkey, cranberry, and brie croissant was delicious and the Italian meatball soup was excellent!

Arrived on Valentines Day...(not from the area, never been here.) Didnt know we needed reservations for brunch. Duh. Anyways, they accommodated us during a busy holiday amidst a pandemic. So glad they did! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Food and service was excellent. Looking forward to going back!!
This was my first visit. The portion size was a little small for the price. (Panini and cup of soup). But the food was delicious!!

It’s the total package of restaurants. Beautiful decor, great service, and the food is amazing. Awesome place to grab lunch or sweets as they make fresh deserts daily. And if you have a special event there is no better place in the area (and they serve alcohol). They even have gluten free options so everyone can enjoy this fabulous restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
I havent ever had a bad experience here. The hot pimento cheese dip and Philly steak are my favorites!!
I ordered a meal for four people on Door Dash and after it arrived I was missing one of the sandwiches. When I called to report to The Blue Spoon the worker challenged me and was rude until finally checking and seeing she had made a mistake. Even though I had paid top for deliver and tip for delivery to get my food she said I would need to come to the store to get the sandwich they forgot. In traffic it took me 30 minutes to go and get it and get back for lunch. They didn’t even offer a free cupcake for my trouble. Never getting another dollar from me.

I am from Arizona & I just moved to Bluefield, and had some horrible news from the dr this morning. So, my mom and step dad took me into The Blue Spoon....let me just say, this is such a lovely place to be when you are having the worst day. Our waitress, Mel, was soooo sweet and bubbly. The food was excellent. The music was on point(played all of my favorite tunes, such as swing, blues, oldies and jazz!) The atmosphere and food just turned my whole day around. The Blue Spoon Café is my new favorite spot! I will definitely be returning⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Funky color scheme provides a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Food excellent - delicious combinations, great presentation, excellent service. We drive from Charleston to visit Family and try to time our arrival to eat here.Appreciate someone willing to invest in downtown Bluefield.
5 stars all the way! The atmosphere reminded me of a trendy place that you would find in a bigger city. The service was too notch. We had the bacon wrapped BBQ scallops, filet, chicken salad croissants and stuffed peppers; all of which was delicious! Well definitely be back!
Nice little breakfast & lunch place. We had the lunch special of grilled pimento cheese and ham sandwich and cup of lemon, chicken, orzo soup. Delicious!
Very disappointed. Food was good except for the price & lack of food!!!! Normally a full size salad would fill me up w/o crackers... Had to get up & ask for crackers. None came with the salad... Service was horrible. Server came to the table only once after food was served. When I went to ask for crackers she was texting/whatever on her phone. NEVER AGAIN. MADE SURE ALL MY CO-WORKERS KNEW TOO.....
If you’re looking for something other than the usual, an awesome place for breakfast or brunch. Staff is awesome and atmosphere is eclectic and charming ! I’ll definitely be back! Food was awesome
The design was unique but not comfortable for dining in. The order was brought wrong, but fixed. The large salad was not bigger than the half salad, it just cost more and was spread out on the plate thinner. I ordered the Greek salad. It wasnt Greek. The amount of feta crumbs on the salad was so skimpy you had to search for them. They should have just left them off. The flavor of the soup was good and the crossaint was good but the portions are small and the prices high. I was excited to have a great place to go for breakfast and lunch, but sadly this wont do.Portabellas, right around the corner from this place has a much better and bigger Greek salad with a lower price.I give it two stars instead of one for the baked goods. I didnt taste them but one of my co- diners did and it seems the owner should turn this into a bakery and ditch the restaurant business.
Delightful place to eat. Stuffed chicken salad on croissant bun, tomato bisque tortellini soup, and homemade chips and French onion dip. Great service and choices.
Ive been twice, and havent had a bad thing yet. The house salad with homemade dressing is fantastic! The donuts are a little pricey, but tasty. But based off my visits so far, you cant go wrong here.
