I’m on my second vehicle from them. Traded the 07 dodge 1500 in for a 14 Ram 1500. Both vehicles are awesome. Rob worked relentlessly with the financing of the Ram 1500 to be sure my wife and I could get it. Spencer is awesome too. When we first talked to him, you could tell he was new to it but was learning. That was with the 07. Nearly a year later, he’s become quite the guy to talk to and deal with for a vehicle. Remember folks. You’re buying a USED vehicle. Don’t ever expect it to be perfect. Take advantage of the Carfax report they include online. Whole reason why I went with the 14 Ram. It was WELL taken care of and the Carfax proves it.

Let me start off by saying this is probably a 1 in 50 chance as its a gamble when buying used cars. Purchased a car from them at the beginning of the month. Customer service was awesome, the guys at the lot seemed great and even helped me deal with some warranty issues. Now to the problem. The car I purchased has been nothing but problems. They stated the car came from auction and had been looked over and serviced. I do not know what they consider looked over and serviced because my definition of it is obviously totally opposite of theirs. I asked if the car had any issues or accidents. I was told no. Well to start, the car threw a timing chain engine code literally the same day I got the car home. Dealt with the warranty trying to deny fixing this for 2 days. They did help sort that out. After that, I was contacted by an individual saying they looked at this car at another dealership stating the car did have timing chain issues and had scratches and damage to the passenger side due to an accident. I contacted the previous dealer and this was confirmed by them and stated that is why they sent the car to auction. 24/7 cars somehow covered up the damage and denied any knowledge of it but auction houses dont fix cars. Moving past all this, I have owned the car for less than a month and have driven it a total of maybe 5 hours including the 2 hour drive home. The car has been torn apart and getting worked on ever since and of course it is stuff the warranty does not cover. I am close to $700 in repairs and its about to topple over $1500 after I get the car to the shop for the next repair and thats not even getting into the power steering leak, exhaust issues and the other suspension problems that it needs fixed. Great customer service but I will not buy and will not recommend their cars to anyone. I do not believe they service them like they should. I am to the point where fixing the car is becoming to costly and I will have to let the bank take the car and be stuck paying the loan. Lesson learned but please be very wary when purchasing their vehicles.

Joe the sales manager here treated me with little to no respect. Found him in a lie and gave him proof of his mistake/lie and he just in turn was arrogant and unpleasant. Would not recommend working with Joe for he is just trying to push cars and cares none about the customer.

They sold me a car an said it was in a little accident when in all reality the frame of my car is cracked. I talked to the bank and they said I had two options! The dealership could buy it back an put me in something with the same value or I could get a lawyer. Now they won’t talk to me or my wife! You shouldnt have a Mechanic that Apparently doesn’t know what he’s doing work on cars cause you all put me and my kids life in danger! So I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car from 24/7 cars go have it looked over by a real machanic!
