I am so tired of people using covid and masking as an excuse to not treat people like people. I cannot wear a mask over my nose. I had covid a year ago. All I wanted was to be treated like a person, left alone to get my contact prescription. But this is just another place in the list that grows longer by the day, hiding behind CDC guildlines as an excuse. I was not able to attend my appointment due to not being able to wear a mask over my nose. Ill be driving an hour to see a real doctor who treats people like people instead. Worth it.

I love coming here! I’ve always had good experiences! The doctors know what they are doing! I absolutely love my glasses and the lady who helped me was very sweet. There is a big selection to choose from! I actually went with the pair she grabbed 😊 they’ve adjusted very well and I can already see 100x better after not having glasses for awhile!

Dr. Mitchell is an excellent doctor who takes time to listen to you as a patient. He is careful, highly knowledgeable in all areas of the eye, and kind. He wants his patients to have the best comfort and vision possible. His staff is friendly and helpful and takes time to help with eyeglass selection and maintenance.

My 4 year old son got something in his eye on a Friday night around 10:00. I called Dr. Mitchell and he responded quickly to my call and was willing to meet us at his office. He was very nice to me and my son and took care of his eye. Afterwards, he even took the time to allow my son to pick a treasure our the the treasure chest. I was really impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile for our family!

We LOVE the office ladies and the wonderful doctors at Bluffton Family eye care. We highly recommend them. So friendly! Our 3 girls love to go to the eye doctor and it’s because this place is so great :)

Dr. Mitchell and the staff at Bluffton Family Eye Care are phenomenal. I can personally attest to Dr. Mitchell’s willingness to go the extra mile with his patients. I received my first pair of glasses from him and have received all further eye care from this clinic as well. He has assisted me and always made me feel welcome at his clinic. Several years ago, I started bringing my family to Dr. Mitchell and absolutely love working with him and his staff. Between my difficult prescription, and my kids and their ever changing eyes, they do a fabulous job of meeting our needs. I highly recommend Bluffton Family Eye Care!

Every member of my family has glasses including my 2 small children. We have always received exceptional care, great appointment availability, amazing staff and an awesome selection of glasses at each appointment. Highly recommend this practice!

Had a great experience under terrible circumstances. Made an emergency appointment due to an eye infection and was able to be seen within an hour without an appointment. The front desk staff were very helpful and the doctor was easy to talk to.

Dr. Miller was efficient and quick in her exam process. However, as a Veteran I was coming into the office with special needs. I required the office to work with a Veterans Rep as well as with any authorization processes with the VA itself.Unfortunately the staff at this location was not able to handle these needs and their lack of couth and kindness was apparent in their phone and email communications when special requests were made.I was treated with apathy and my concerns were brushed aside.I walk away from this experience feeling as if the doctors at this location have lost control of their staff and are blind to how rude their staff was to this veteran.I would not recommend this facility for any Veteran.
