Just a comment about accessibility for those of us who dont walk well...you need to have at least ONE motorised cart...They are not cheap, but your merchandise isnt either. Your store is huge and its often more than I can walk with my walker.

3-4 store clerks standing around, I pass by looking lost no one even notice me as they were in deep trivial non business conversation. When I ask they didn’t know if they had the product I was seeking?🤔🥵

I get my dogs supplies except the food. They dont carry my kind. But nice store fair prices and friendly Customer service.

Almost reminded me of a tractor supply. But with a family feel, or theme. 4 stars instead of 5 because their Google pay terminal worked 50% of the time. They need to update their card machines, that should accept Google pay 100% of time. Or Apple pay

I heard that FFH had just put in a grooming salon. I brought my schnauzer in for a bath, groom, and nail trim. Trish did an awesome job on my boy! The employees were super nice and inviting. I will definitely be back for my grooming needs! I recommend anyone who has a dog, to use the grooming services. They do great work and have great prices!

Great experience with the kids buying chicks. Staff was extremely knowledgeable.

Went to this store this morning for supplies. Did not enter though as the signage outside the store states that masks are legally required to enter. While I fully respect any businesses right to require masks, I do not appreciate misinformation as a means to ensure compliance.

Love being able to take my little dog in with me. I was so thrilled they had pet safe salt in a big bag.

Went in to look around today..No employees were wearing masks,but were up at the register just talking away with each other.Was over charged on an item,even after we told them...then got to parking lot and realized we STILL were over charged.Had to go back in again for a refund.Did not feel it was safe while shopping either.Most customers had no masks on either.Very unsatisfied..

Cheap and lots of nice stuff

I dont see how this place stays open. I asked about ordering a larger mower deck. They wanted to sell me the riding lawnmower with the deck. But then she said she might be able to order a new deck. I spoke to the assistant manager Monday and she wasnt concerned that I was given the run around.

My go to store for all things chicken related! They have a good selection and fair prices. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Store is tidy and well organized. My only reason for 4 stars is the lack of any cart corrals. As a mother of 2 young children, it’s not the most convenient for me to run my big cart back into the store. I always feel really bad leaving them in the parking lot in fear they will roll and hit another vehicle.

They have all your home and farm needs. They also have a great supply of dog and cat food with many different brands from the major to the science diet brands.

Its a nice place to shop, with friendly employees. They have a good selection of many things. They provide a good alternative to shopping at other places, such as, Lowes, Wal-Mart and Do-It-Best type places. I believe it is the only store in town that carries live animals, ducks, chicken, turkeys, rabbits and such.

Best price and selection on dog food I have found... Didnt even know they had any till I stopped by one black Friday for a crazy cheap $50 pressure washer thats still running strong, and on its second season. Glad I did. My new dog food and occasionally softner salt destination.

I like Family Farm & Home. Its a clean store; I just wish there were more prices posted and I really wish the younger employees would be a tad more knowledgeable about the products that are sold there.

Pet friendly store similar to Rural King, Orschlins and Tractor Supply. They have pet food, Work clothes, farm supplies like fencing, animal Care products, feeders, waterers, tools, etc. Located in Bluffton IN directly off of Hwy. One. My dog loves to go to this store too. Anywhere he can score a person to pet him and get a free biscuit hes pretty much okay with. The pet food prices and selection are good. I also bought a lawn roller, pull behind lawn sprayer and pull behind lawn seeder here. Name brand and close to home. I comparison shop and they were hard to beat.

Variety of cat food. Can also get medicine and vitamins for all kinds of animals. I buy cat food cat litter dog food goat food and chicken food along with tools and livestock supplies. Great store
