The sales gal Jasmine lied to my husband about what they have when he specifically asked for a rail bed & mattress that goes up and down & electric massage. We paid $1,300 & they wanted to change our delivery date thereby Id have to sleep on our couch and my husband on the floor till Sat. After a big deal they delivered the wrong bed. Always keep your receipts in a safe box. Theyll try n sell anything for a commission! Was happy Tony refunded my hubbys money promptly though when we made another trip, so we could p/u one from Ashleys instead.

I found this place to be a joy to work with. Products are quality, and prices competitive or maybe a little higher than the big box stores, which we have none of nearby, but the service more than makes up for it.. my item needed to be ordered and was delivered as the staff promised.. the customer service from this all Sears store in the middle of nowhere is superb... I highly recommend them..

Its so nice to shop at a Sears store. They have a great selection but it is not what you might expect. they dont have clothing or dishware and things like that so it is not what you may have experienced in the past. You can order anything you need and the staff is very helpful

My daughter is buying a home at the golf course. She needs some new appliances and Tony is a fine example of a person who takes pride in her business and works diligently with customers to facilitate a job well done.

Dont bother calling them they dont answer the phone nor do they call back if you leave a message. Hard to say what the problem might be.

Toni is awesome! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She took the time to find the best product for us at the best price. She made sure to have everything shipped to our new home 9 hours away and even gave us useful tips on maintaining our appliances so that they will last longer. We also had a ton of questions and she was very patient and answered all of them. Make sure you go to Sears ask for her. You wont regret it.

Walked in the store and was greeted by the employees and felt really welcomed. Didnt realized how much stuff they had in the cute little hometown store. I was looking for something in particular and they didnt have it but we got on the computer and ordered it and got it within the week.. I highly recommend this store..
