Efrain helped me to find a blown fuse, so that my power charger would work again. He really went above and beyond my expectations by taking the time to look at the car, find the fuse, tested it and successfully helped me get it fixed. I was on the road and not in my own familiar area so this gesture was appreciated even more. Thank you Efrain!

I use several different ones as they all seem to have parts and different prices.

Didnt have brake parts available in store for a common vehicle.website said they had the brake kit for my vehicle in stock for $122.99. Get to store, and not only is it not in store, but they said it would be $155.99 plus tax. Went to OReilly and got what I needed for under $100.

I ordered a part online for pick up. I received an email confirming my order and then another email confirming that it was ready for pick-up. After receiving the email confirming that my order was ready I drove 15 miles from Quartzsite, AZ to Blythe, CA to pick it up.When I arrived, I was told that they could not fulfill my order and that they did not have the part in the store. I told them that my online order was confirmed ready for pick-up and they said, sorry. I drove a total of 30 miles but all they could do is say sorry flippantly, as they brushed me aside and asked the next customer if they could help them. How can Autozone allow orders to be processed and even confirmed without actually having the parts ready??This business practice is a complete a failure of customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for many years now. After this treatment and careless unprofessional transaction I have taken my business elsewhere. I had to drive farther out to an Oreillys and they had the part there. This is what Ill plan on doing from now on.I cant imagine allowing a customer to go through this. What a horrible business practice.

Had the part for me in stock, and a number to a local mobile mechanic. Entire Altenator change from purchase of the part to driving away was less than an hour!

Decent spark plugs. My 10 year old son collects them and battles with them to be the best there ever was. 9/10 will train here again.

I was stuck in Blythe on my way to Phoenix from LA. The folks at autozone were extremely helpful. I had been to about every shop in town to get a misfire diagnosed and one shop had broken a coolant hose by accident and sent me to autozone. They called in a friend with the radiator shop down the street to get that problem fixed and let me change coils and plugs in their parking lot all day. This town is full of helpful people that know each other which came to be very helpful. Thanks guys!

I had them put my battery on charge they acted like they charged it then told me it was no good then i get a jump and my battery charge just fine i have used auto zone all across the USA and this side of the usa i am very upset with the service i have received

This place was a lifesaver when our battery died on our way to California. Our battery was particularly difficult to change and Pepe went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We were really appreciative of all the staff at this store for helping us get to our destination safely.

Our car broke down in the parking lot of this particular AutoZone. Tommy was AMAZING!!! He helped check the battery and find a good replacement for ours. He also got us a new starter and connected us with local mechanics who got us back on the road the Saturday before Christmas. He was polite and helpful throughout everything. I was driving in a rental car from Phoenix to Southern California. I got pulled over for a burned out headlight. I went here and they offered to replace it as it was an unfamiliar vehicle to me. It turned out not to be the bulb but a wiring problem. they were nice enough to stick with it to repair the problem for me. Great customer service, great attitude, please patronize businesses such as this so they stay open!

Good place to get parts all thought most staff is never employed long witch leads to a lot of incompetent help and recommendations but other than that the few long time employees are help full and have basic mechanic knowledge

Natalie let me walk out with two sizes of bolts so I could determine which size I needed. Once I determined which one I needed I bought the pack along with washers and an emergency toolkit.

People are great, prices are good, return policy sucks, receipt in hand returned money had to go on gift card. So I had no money to buy at other autoparts when it was the wrong part.

Went in for a single, not very expensive thing, but the guy was very helpful, walked me over to the shelf where I could find it and asked if I needed any help with anything else. The place was clean and orderly.

Some normality and consistency for Blythe. I was stuck out here from the Los Angeles area with a bad sensor on my Jeep, and it being a holiday weekend most places were closed. The team here managed to source the sensor I needed and get it ordered and delivered same-day. It arrived by 6pm, and I was happy to see that they stayed open until 9pm. I visit Blythe often, and operating hours for businesses tend to be hit or miss. Autozone keeps their same reliability here as everywhere else. They were also the only ones that could deliver quickly, versus 5 days later.

Very helpful even printed pictures of parts for me to see, which after market parts were put on my vehicle by previous owners.

The service here is terrible I spoke to a guy named Damion he was rude then went in and spoke to the Manger he was even more rude they never give you the correct parts you need . Im just going to stick with orielys there more professional. I dont recommend any one to go there for help.

This is a good place for auto parts and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot where they are located is not a friendly parking lot to work on your vehicle. If you go to the west side of town near where the old Kmart used to be located there is a fantastic OReillys Auto parts.... Huge parking lot! Nobody cares if you work on your car in the parking lot around OReillys Auto parts, not even the police. Blythe is a very friendly town and all you have to do is explain that you are having a little car trouble. I have changed my oil, fuel filter, and air cleaner in the parking lot with no problem near OReillys Auto parts.

I was breaking down in Quartzsite and the Carquest in town didnt have what I needed in stock. Great place nontheless. From there I was able to limp my vehicle the 20 miles or so to the Autozone in Blythe. They had what I needed at a good price and accommodated some special circumstances. Top notch.They saved the day to say the least!

They were very helpful when it turned out that my Versa SL had the wrong battery installed at the factory.

Went here to pick up a belt and pulley for my truck and the people there where really helpful even helped me with tools and one of the workers named Francisco gave me a hand with the install. Thanks!

. My family and i shop at the blythe store. I was in desperate need of a battery. I lost my job AND only had 45. $ . I went to napa and oreillys thay couldnt help me they gave me a jump and sent me on my way. Auto zone puts customers first James the manager at auto zone went out of his way to help me find a battery that i could afford. I will never go back to those other auto parts stores. . Thank you auto zone blythe im eternally grateful.

I am a disabled vet. that was on my way to a new job, a chance to get my life back when I had a motor burn up. Utilized money in my savings to purchase Sure Fire rebuilt motor replaced motor mounts, u-joints, etc. expecting this to be an investment in my future; expecting several years of untroubled service. Within 157 miles rear main seal ruptured pouring oil everywhere...This happened 5 months ago, I have contacted Auto Zone, Sure Fire Engines, Attorney Generals office, consumers affairs, B.B.B., and have KPNX call4action news station working with me now to get Auto Zone and Sure Fire Engines to honor warranty and do what is right. For 5 months I have lost wages, payed lot rent, tow bills etc. and yet Auto Zone and Sure Fire Engines have done nothing to resolve this issue. In fact they have flip flopped their position continually trying to get out of warranty.I am at the point where my savings are gone, job is gone, in short everything I had worked for is lost...Here I sit preparing to move into dessert losing electric, dish, internet and mostly losing hope that these people will ever do what is right. If you should need a motor dont count oh Auto Zone or Sure Fire Engines to honor warranty or to do what is honorable.
