Just keep on driving. The price for buffet with no selection is horrible. The food was old but one pizza. Since when did they put beans on a taco pizza? I have eaten pizza inn for years and with my uncle owning several in the past I have never seen beans on the Taco pizza.. This Pizza Inn was horrible and no wonder why it looked like a ghost town in there.. salad bar had kittle to no salad in it..

This place has went so far down the rating it should have a negative star rating. We wasnt told they had to serve us until we had paid, also told we could only request 2 type pizzas, for a party of five.There was only 2 other people in the place and we had to wait for 10+ minutes for a refill on our drinks.They were all very rude. Very rude. The pizza would have been better from a box! Will not go back. Now that I know its under a different management.These people did not want to work! The worse place by far to go eat.Save your money and stomachs, do not go here.

We arrived at 5:45p.m. today to eat pizza. First the waitress was very rude saying we are not cooking anymore pizzas for the buffet. Their was only 3 half pizzas left on the bar. She said its $10.95 per person to eat the buffet. Well thats not worth paying for 6 people to eat off the buffet. She said we could order pizza if we paid first and she would tell us how much the pizza would cost. They have no menus to chioose from. So how are we supposed to know what kind of toppings to put in our pizza if she wasnt going to to tell us what kind if toppings they offer until after we pay. Then she said we close at 7:00 so you need to hurry up and order. So needless to say we left and will never spend another dime in this hell if a pizza hile again.

Horrible i welcome a kick to the nuts 3 times a day over going back there. The buffet closes at 1 so why stop putting food out at 11:30 even though you constantly allowing customers to purchase the buffet and im still waiting on that drink refill

The kitchen staff is rather rude. The cashier was pleasant. We were told several times they couldnt make what we tried to order. Then they made it. It was a confusing mess. It is on a very dangerous part of the road that is hard to get out of without getting hit by another vehicle. Little Caesars is right around the corner offering the same quality food.

None of the food was fresh we came in at 4:30pm my wife called ahead and they claimed they had the entire menue on buffet. When we arrived of course they did not she asked and they said they dont put new food out until 5pm are you kidding me all of it was cold and stale never again Burn it down I say

I came in today to sit with a couple of my buddies that were eating. I was constantly being checked and stared at because they think I was going to eat off of someone’s plate. Ridiculous

Used to be my go to pizza place...not no more. Got a thin crust hamburger pizza and the crust was undercooked.

No gloves were worn while preparing food and placing food out to consume. Hair was not in a net. A young lady had long hair that was swinging in the food.

The place was very clean.. but the music was so loud you can’t even hear yourself think! You can’t fix your own plates anymore what’s the difference in me fixing mine and my child’s plate with no gloves on but the workers can touch our plates and food with no gloves makes no since to me...

Sadly, tonight was my last night ordering from pizza inn... i ordered a chocolate chip pizza like always but this time i got there early. i saw that the lady made my pizza and a couple of others without any gloves on. With everything going on right now, eww. 🤢

Nasty as ever !

Worse customer service! Very rude, disrespectful and racist. I ordered a salad and pizza and some drinks and when my husband eat from my salad the rudest waitress, came to our table and with a very disrespectful manner told us that he can’t eat from my salad. I explained to her that I didn’t get a buffet and that I only got the salad and I can share with my husband if I wanted to. But she insisted and when I I asked for her manger he manger was as rude and disrespectful. The police were called and they refused to give us our money back even when they never gave us the pizza we ordered. Very nasty place. The minute we walked in I felt the way they stared at us and took our order was very disrespectful. Don’t go there.

Pizza on buffet cold and stale. Counter help acted like we were bothering her. Bright spot was our wait staff. Really good service. Too bad everyone else didnt care about customers as much as she did.

Horrible staff, we arrived at 7pm on Saturday, we felt like we were disturbing and not welcome at all. We ask for a menu, got a simple NO as an answer, followed by an awkward silence. We eventually got explained how it works: either the buffet (containing the driest food Ive ever seen) or go the front and order a pizza. There we finally see the menu we were looking for! We order a simple pizza, received the wrong one. Pick up some wings, that are served in a take-out box. Avoid that place.

No variety food was cold but the service was good

Upon entering the staff looked disappointed that we came in it was only 6.30pm on Saturday evening. The pizza under the warmers was dried out and not much choice. They had no wings and very little pasta out. No cheese out at salad bar very poorly stocked and stale items. After my hubby requested more the kitchen did bring out 1 fresh pizza and a bit of fresh pasta. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and it definitely wasnt worth the money we paid.

Awful. The food on the buffet was slop. I saw the employees making the food with their bare hands that they had been touching everything with. The salad bar was a joke. The restaurant was dirty, our table was dirty, there were flies. The owner and the staff were sitting at a table in the middle of the restaurant just gossiping. Too bad we had to pay when we came or we definitely would have left and gone somewhere else. On second thought we should have just left and forgot about the money.

So the price was resonable, pizza wasnt bad, but not really good either. My issue was with the cleanliness of the place, I got water and my first cup had lipstick around the rim so I asked for a clean glass of water, my second glass had I dont even know what all over the inside of the glass needless to say I will not be back.

The owners are great an the service is unreal you dont have to ask for refill they are on it

Good pizza (Fresh) large variety.....but will make whatever you want......salad bar was fresh and large selection......service was great.....sides is something they need to work on pasta,chicken nuggets,and okra (whole)fried.......none of these looked very appetizing.........all in all.........good place to eat.

Hadn’t had pizza inn for about 10 years and was excited to travel here from Tennessee. Requested extra sauce on my pizza and I guess it must have been Opposite Day because pizza was dry as heck! Then I wanted a fresh coca-cola and the waitress told me “they usually don’t let you do this”. I said “don’t you have free refills?” She said yes. So I said, just dump this watered down coke and give me a fresh one. She acted as though I had broken the law. Only thing that was good was the salad. Will NEVER go back to this pizza inn again. Ruined my experience! And the waitress was very rude!!

Their buffet has an exceptional variety of pizzas, including dessert pizzas. The salad bar is good and fresh. And, the waitress makes sure your drink is kept full.

Service has always been good here. Even if its packed the servers are always trying to keep your drinks full. They have a great taco pizza.

After getting like it was an inconvenience that I was calling in an order, was told it would be ready in 20. I showed up in 15 minutes and then waited another 20 at least. As I sat there watching them make everyones pizza but mine and then when they figured out they screwed up with mine, they grabbed 4 slices of 3 different pizzas they made to make my order complete. I could have done that at the buffet and saved money if I wasnt traveling. Sorry it was such a pain for yall to make 3 individual pizzas.

There aren’t many pizza options in Blytheville, so if you’ve got a hankering for a slice you might be better off in Sikeston. The salad bar was very limited and the toppings soggy. The pizza options were fairly limited and the supreme pizza was soggy on the bottom. The dessert pizza wasn’t cooked well enough.We walked away full, but feeling worse than we went in- and it wasn’t because we ate too much. I think we’ll try another pizza place when we pass through next time.

Price for lunch buffet was great, tables dirty, dish rag soiled, one poor girl running the entire floor, place needs some paint and bleach! Great location though!

Everyone is super friendly, the buffet line was fresh and restocked frequently. Our server kept our drinks refilled. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to smash several ants that kept climbing up onto our table. We were sitting in a booth by the windows and I understand that its an old building and these things happen. Let me be clear that they werent on or near the food bars though. We love Pizza Inn and a few ants wont keep us from coming back. We just wont sit next to the windows again during bug season.

Pizza was cold & very flavorless. Had to force the staff to turn the A/C on because it was like 95 degrees in there. Rude staff. Inadequate salad bar. Would have given zero stars if possible. Not worth a dollar. Be better off at little ceasars.

The only thing good about eating here is the desert. The pizza must’ve been sitting out for HOURS. First bite into the pizza and you can taste how expired it is. The crust just crumbles it’s disgusting. For a buffet there’s not much good to eat since none of it was fresh. This is the first and last time I’ll eat here.

Run dont walk. We stopped here for Buffett on the road trip. Disgusting dried out disaster. And I have no idea what the rotten red slimy stuff on the salad bar was, but throw it out for the love of God.

Came in about 1 pm. Waited several minutes for someone to respond. Finally a cashier shows and takes my payment. I am one of only two guest in the place. All but 3 tables are loaded with dirty plates and food. I get my food from the buffet table and sit. Still no server. I finally get up and get my own beverage and 10minutes later the server finally shows and scolds me like a child for getting my own drink. There was no fresh food, all was either empty or cold and hard. Never offered a drink refill. After 20 minutes a young mother with three small children came in. Her kids were in my booth, under my table, taking food off my plate, climbing over the top of tables, hands in all the buffet items, and the 3 or so year old Lil girl was stand on the table and had salt and pepper shakers in her mouth. I walked up and asked one of the staff to say something and was told that because the family was black that it would be considered rude and racist if they said anything. They finally told the mother the small children under 9 that they could not be at the buffet alone because it was hot and they could be hurt. The mother laughed and said nothing to the kids. I left with no tip and told the cashier as I did that they should be ashamed of running a business like this.....reaction? Only a laugh and a smirk. If you could rate this place a 0, it would be too high. Hope the management actually reads this.
