I live in Pittsburgh and purchased my Mazda CX3 from here (which I love) and have decided to make the hour and a half trip back for my regular oil changes and maintenance because the staff at this location is just that great. They are friendly and not pushy at all, and the service is super fast. Also, they offer a much better deal on an oil change than anything local to me. Always worth the drive! :-)

As a father who was traveling from New York City to visit his oldest daughter in Boardman, Ohio, I was quite happy (actually overjoyed) to find the friendliness, courtesy and overall professionalism at Preston Mazda. Their team (starting with Tiffany and Steven) along the entire crew of employees made my experience a memorable one. And not only was the job completed in a timely fashion, but I was give door-to-door car service to wait at my daughters apartment until the radiator flush was completed on a 2008 Hyundai vehicle that my youngest daughter is the proud owner of this car. Its an old car but Preston gave us top-notch service. Thank you and look forward to a return trip. Keep putting smiles on the faces of your future customers. It definitely works.

The 2 people i interacted with personally here (nick and some girl) both great. The actual dealer or the general manager here though, a real crook that deserves to go to prison. Caused major scratch damage to my brand new sports car right on the hood and front bumper and dents down both sides of the car. when provided with a complaint complete with pictures and recordings of the damaged being done, I got screamed at and hung up on with threats of calling police for false allegations. Do not buy your car here. There are literally dozens of dealerships around here. You are not required to shop here. They owner and manager belong in jail for sure and legal action is being taken. I have an admission of guilt from a part of their team and plan on pursuing that based on the admission of damage. Horrid business.

Great service by the whole team. I drove over an hour as this location had the best deal on what I wanted. Due to work I couldnt be there til after 7. The whole team stayed waaayyy past close just to get me the deal i needed and make sure I got lots of payment options to be sure I got the pricing I wanted. Fantastic service.

Scott was not high pressure which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable immediately and throughout the process. The used Jeep we purchased was a fair price, with low mileage and very clean. The only reason I posted 4 stars and not 5 was because there was no negotiating on asking price or perks offered.

We have been looking for a fun little convertible the last few months. We decided to check out the Mazda Miata. Preston Mazda had one that we were very interested in. I submitted and received a True Car offer for a Mazda 2021 AWD CX3. However, when I called the dealership, the salesperson Josh Johnson claimed the car was previously sold even though my offer from Preston Mazda clearly stated the car was available for sale.I was then told by Mr Johnson after an apology that there were lease options available for a 2021 AWD CX30 which would be close to the CX3 offer. After waiting 2 days for the promised leasing offer I called the dealership and Mr Johnson was suddenly unavailable. I never experienced a dealership that never returned calls and messages from a customer. Mr Johnsons voice message box was also completely full.Today I received an unsigned text message asking for personal information previously given to Mr Johnson so a lease price could be determined. When I asked for the name of the sender I received no reply.I also tried setting up a True Car appointment with Mr Johnson and received an appointment day and time. Neither Mr Johnson or someone at the dealership called during the designated appointment time. A call to a True Car representative said the dealership was responsible for the missed appointment and false offer.So would I buy a car from Preston Mazda? Probably not. Its unfortunate that Mr Johnson has apparently been instructed to stop further communication with me.

You know what is super cool about this dealership, when a salesman in a Red Mazda 6 with a dealer tag nearly runs you off the road, then proceeds to do 100+ MPH while you are trying to get his license plate. If this is how your salesman treat the cars, I cant imagine buying anything from you guys. Id also fire that salesman in a heartbeat.

I had the best service today. Tiffany and the person who serviced my 2005 went over and above for me. My car wouldnt start, I had to have it towed to them, they could have said it was anything. My starter just needed cleaned. It had a corrosion build up around it. I cant thank them enough for being honest and only charging me for what needed done. Thank you so much !!!

I purchased my dream car, a Jeep wrangler in January 2020 from Mazda in Boardman. 7 short months later, the vehicle was sent for repairs due to faulty parts. The repairman explained to me there’s no way I caused the damage in the time I had the vehicle. Nearly a month in the shop and $5000 worth of emergency repairs were needed to make this car safe to drive. After several attempts to get help and weeks of delays, I was provided nothing. Awful customer service and buying experience.

When I work on vehicles I throw parts at it until the problem is fixed. This sometimes takes more money then it should and always takes time but I do save the expense of the service garage. When I need it done right the first time and quick turn around I will take it to the dealership. So you understands when the dealership has your car for over a week, thrown all kinds of parts at it and continue to give your 19 year old college kid the run around Im very disappointed. Im starting to wonder if its because hes a young kid with daddys credit card. Preston services department is definitely off my list as a quality company.

June 4th I was able to find a vehicle that my daughter was interested in. I began the process online by looking at the inventory available and saw the certified pre-owned financing deal of 1.9 % interest. I got in touch with Bill Hudson and we worked for several hours negotiating an agreeable deal. I was able to do the credit app from home before I headed to the dealership. Josh Johnson was there to greet us as well. My daughter & I test drove the vehicle and secured the deal. All accomplished in one day! This dealership couldnt have a more wonderful staff! First dealership i have ever been to to buy a car . And i was pleasantly suprized . I never wanted to go to a dealership because im am firmly aginst being pitched or sold things other then what i already want . My wife had a car in mind she wanted (2019 mazda cx3) we called ahead and they had the car pulled up right up front . Theu diddnt try and suggest any other car or anything . They gave us some vanilla cokes while we waited and were all around very nice . And when we came in it was close to closing . The process took us a little past closing but no one seemed upset we were holding them up from going home . We ended up with a pretty good deal . And when everything was said and done and all paper work was signed . I was asked if i wanted to hit the giant gong in the show room (of corse i wanted to hit the gong ) so despite wanting to wack it with all my might, i gave it a small tap and everyone started yell noooooo hit it harder so i wacked it one good one and everyone started clapping and they got on the pa system to announce my wifes new purchace . And as we were walking out they blared the celebrate song as everyone lined up to shake our hand on the way out . It was very cool an very very unexpected .
