Favorite pharmacy! Staff has always been kind and helpful.

Absolute trash customer service in the pharmacy! Every person Ive come in contact with there is nasty, classless, and downright rude.

Been going here for years. The pharmacist is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The entire pharmacy staff is top notch. Always friendly and efficient. Couldnt imagine going to any other pharmacy.

The pharmacist could not have been any nicer .. we had my husband at the hospital for most of the day with Covid pneumonia and I went in twenty minutes before closing and the filled every prescription and answered our questions.. Walgreens staff always goes out of their way to be helpful

Every single time I go in for my pictures I receive an email that my order is ready!We head there and they can not find my order! They send me away, I reorder (magically) it appears and they claim it was a glitch!!Im sure they just end up throwing it out !

By default they get some props for being the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. And Customer Service is usually good, but it can go to a fault sometimes. They should take a page out of McDonald’s book and have people pull ahead through the drive-through for faster service. I seemingly wait for full prescriptions to be filled while someone waits at the window for over 10 minutes. If the transaction is looking like it’s going to take that long they should have to come inside.

Service is quick and employees are friendly.

Script was short on more than one occasion and not because they ran out or owed me anything. Got opiates filled there and both times was short once by two and the second time by six and I went in to tell them and they just handed me the rest out of the box. Got another script filled and was told 20 min and I called after an hour and was told another hour then I go in and they didn’t even know where the script was. Every trip there has been something wrong. Very unprofessional

I dont like stores that you have to give your information to so they can sell it to others and only then can you get the discounts no Im not going to give them my info when I get the same or better prices elesewere

The Pharmacy is totally reliable and trustworthy. My pharmacist has several times caught script errors and managed to save me a lot of money.Love their seasonal isle. Best junk ever !!!!!

I love this Walgreens...The people are always nice and never have a problem...Every time I go there to do photos they are always there to help me and I love that... Cant say that for Walmart no one willing to help you in the photos.

It had everything I needed and alot of items were on Sale, like, buy one get one. Good deals.

Because the pharmacy lied, I was at my doctors and was standing there when the receptionist called in my prescription. When I got here Walgreens they were behind, and the girl straight-up lied to me and said that they just received my prescription. You could tell me that youre backed up or your delayed, you dont have to lie to my face. And for that you get a bad review...

I love Walgreen Pharmacy! My insurance was changed a year ago and I had to go to CVS, ugh!!! As soon as my insurance made a new adjustment I went right back to Walgreens. The Pharmacy staff is great and I can purchase other items as well. And the pricing is way better, plus I love my rewards.Thanks Walgreens

I come here all the time for my prescriptions. They are always quick and pleasant. Ill shop here when I need drug store items. They have a rewards program that is pretty good. They surprised me one time by telling me I could have $10 off my purchases! But, sometimes you have to ask. They have alot of items in stock. Shampoos, make-up, otc medicines, cleaning supplies, cards and party supplies, some food including a few freezer items. They also have a photo Dept. They do not sell alcohol but they do sell cigarettes. Im sure Im missing some things but Im sure youll find what you need here.

Outsourcing your store phone? Really Walgreens? Your employees cant answer the phone? It makes it into a inconvenience when your trying to get to the actual store and you have to go through an automated system, then someone who you cant understand due to a thick accent and then wait on hold for the store aannddd I got hung up on. Called Walmart got right to the pharmacy no problem, pharmacy tech had me set and my script transferred in a few minutes, no hassle. Plus its alot cheaper without insurance than if I would of stayed with Walgreens.

I called and asked a ligitimet question about the cookies in the Christmas commercials because my niece and nephew wanted them, and the first woman I spoke to said that I was prank calling and hung up. I called again a few minutes later and told the man that the lady was rude and said I was prank calling, but then he hung up on me! So this morning when my niece and nephew came over they were very disappointed because I had promised them the special cookies that they give to santa in the commercials, but I didnt have them.

This is the second time this has happened and the reason Im posting this. I went to by some facial products and went to the counter. When I picked up the box it felt light so I opened it, sure enough it was empty. The first time it was something off the sale shelf so I just let it go. But this time would have been a $25 loss. I didnt. Even say anything just left it in the basket. Check ur boxes.

AWFUL SERVICE, beyond rude staff that would not go and look to see if one of my items I was buying was on sale. So I probably paid way more than I shouldve for it because of some terrible people that wouldnt leave from behind their register. Total laziness. And I asked for a membership card and did not receive one.

The service was awful, the girl I spoke with was very nasty and had a terrible attitude. I dropped my prescriptions off Monday night just some prenantal vitamins and a prescription for keflex and they are telling me they wont be filled until Thursday. There is no excuse for why my prescriptions take four days too fill!
