Nothing like an awesome taste cookie. My wife loves these!

The cookies are good. They are not on par with Crumbl, who they appear to be imitating, but they are fresh, well made and creative. I would not hesitate to go there again if I was hungry for a good cookie.

I ordered these things they’re sort of like a milkshake you would say however I don’t know if the cups were too small but the lids did not fit in the ice cream overflowed the cups got all over my car hands it was so bad it leaked through the carrier. Not to mention I ordered two of these and the second one did not have all the ingredients because they ran out. First time and last time I will try this place.

Fun place for a small party. Kids enjoy it. Cookies are delicious, employees are friendly.

I love one hot cookie, but their cookies are getting so much smaller. They used to be a pretty nice size for the price you pay. I love them and will continue to but they seriously need to fix this. I got my cookie today and felt so sad! No hate, but just honest feedback

My boyfriend came through and during these times of the virus the store was closed but the owner let him in and he ordered us tons of cookies she made fresh for us! and even added a little something extra since he came from out of town! we love one hot cookie!!the cookies are always delicioussssssss

Great service, food and perfect for young girls party!! We recently had to move my daughters party due to the snow storm last Sunday and without question, they allowed me to cancel and reschedule at my convenience without loosing my deposit. I was so grateful! The girls had a blast and really enjoyed the baking, decorating and of course tasting the cookie!!! Great staff and ambiance!!! Would do again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!

Too sweet and tacky for my taste. More variety would be appreciated. To modernize and add healthier options may wise. A lot of young staff dont have customer service skills.

Ive tried this place a few times. The only cookie Ive found that I like so far is a pretzel one. The bacon one is way way too much. Until this point I believed there was no such thing as too much bacon.UPDATE: Ultimate Peanut Butter Cup is the cookie you want to get. Dont waste time with any of the others.

1) dont apply here 2) dont eat here everything is over priced from a box/bag 3) nothing is made in house like it used to be and who can pride themselves on charging 4) for a store brought freezer cookie with something no better than frosting in a can. 5) the owners dont care what they do to the employees even if its screws them over as long as it doesnt screw the owners/management over

Food was delicious and service was amazing. Only critique was the hot chocolate was a little watery but that is no big deal to me. It was so yummy and will be going back again.

Very nice place inside. Staff was friendly.Issue I have is the cookies are not very good. Highly doubt these are made from scratch. More likely frozen pucks or from a mix. Cookies where in my opinion over baked. Toppings for the cookies are creative, but they lack a well rounded flavor. Peanut butter frosting was underwhelming...Brownies. These are an issue. Not bad for a brownie that is not made from scratch. Tastes like a Duncan Hines brownie from a box mix. Texture was very grainy. Also had a hint of a burnt after taste. Do yourself a favor and just buy a mix and bake it yourself at home. It will be cheaper and taste better.I will say they they have a creative idea. Just need some work on basic baking of cookies and brownies. Hope they improve there base products and do well. Until that happens. You could do just as good if not better at a grocery store bakery

Considering it was called one hot cookie, I was expecting a soft warm cookie, instead they were hard and crumbly. We got their milkshake too and the maple bacon was incredible!!!

I love the death by chocolate cookie. The staff was very friendly! I paid for a hot chocolate but the machine wouldnt work. When I informed the staff they fixed it right away. The hot chocolate was horrible anyway

We are from Youngstown and we now live in North Carolina. Anytime we are in town we always make sure to stop at one hot cookie. They never disappoint and they are always awesome. The staff is always super friendly and the cookies are always delicious.

One Hot Cookie is a cookie lovers dream. I enjoy a regular ol cookie while my daughter like all the bells and whistles. Luckily, One Hot Cookie made us both happy. First off, they had a display which showed their speciality cookies which really helped narrow down what we wanted quickly.I enjoyed seeing my option of just a good cookie. The clerk was excellent in her descriptions. I asked if the oatmeal cookie had raisins in it (it doesnt) and she explained that it did have a distinct cinnamon flavor (it did). But the true test that won me over was that the cookies were fresh and indeed, served HOT! Perfect! Well be back (and we live 70 miles away!)

Very disappointed! I sent cookies to my father-in-law for fathers day and later found put they were crumbled and melted. It was embarrassing. Also, when I called and the owner was to call me back, they never did. At least an apology would have been nice. ☹

Was hoping for more than one option for vegan cookies. They did have one chocolate chip that was okay.

One afternoon I put a deposit down to have my daughters party there without having her with me.. a few hours later When she got out of school I called to see if I could bring my daughter in to make sure she wanted to have her party there... the person who answered the phone was very nice and told me I had three days to get a refund. About two minutes later they call me back and said they talked to the owner and it’s completely non refundable... even just an hour later. They said as soon as you put the deposit it’s immediatley non refundable. I then asked if for some reason we changed our mind, could we buy cookies to equal the $50 value? They told me no to that as well. Then I called on four different occasions leaving a message to talk to the owner about at least being able to buy cookies with the money and she never called me back. I had two choices for my deposit... have the party there or loose fifty dollars. I ended having the party trying to make the best of it. The cookie cake was so badly underbaked that most of my guests didn’t eat it. Two children fell off the very wobbly swing and smacked their heads on the floor... the girls who worked the party... of the two, one was very nice and the other was not at all. In regards to the deposit... In those few hours, they told me they didn’t turn anyone away in that time frame. I could understand if it had been a few days or they turned someone away, I would totally get that. I would have been satisfied with a credit for $50 of cookies or something. Just completely a bad experience from day one...

Warm, freshly baked cookies served just the way you like them-sandwiched with ice cream, topped with icing and a variety of goodies, or just simply on a napkin for your enjoyment. Plus the mascot is a sweet pug, what more could you ask for?
