Amazing staff and gorgeous jewelry! My husband just bought me a new wedding ring and we had amazing service from the staff there and they resized my ring in only a few day compared to the 2 weeks most places have. The only reason the got a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because they are very pricey.

The staff here are all great! They all go above and beyond, theyre personable, and theyre all willing to help. Plus, you can design your own ring (men or women)! This is the only stop you need to make when buying your engagement/wedding rings!

The selection is beautiful and It’s amazing how accommodating and pleasant they are UNTIL your sale is final. Just pray you don’t need their help after they have your money, you no longer matter or feel like your engagement process is important to them. But I guess that’s the sales industry.

My son recently was given a watch that belonged to grandfather that passed away. It was not a fancy or expensive watch, but he loved it and wanted to wear it. It needed a new battery, so I stopped in to see if they could put a new one in. The very sweet worker not only put a new one in, she also set the date and time for him. Then when I go to pay she tells me there is no charge! 🤭 I was in shock and tried to explain we did not buy it from Jared’s, but she insisted they don’t charge for something like that when they do it in house. I will make sure my next jewelry purchase is from there. 👍

I bought an engagement ring that needed resized to a smaller size. When I proposed the ring didnt fit. It turns out the ring got sized up 2 sized instead of down a quarter size. My fiance was very upset when I had to take the ring away from her to return it for resizing again. When I took it back in I knew what size she needed and they kept doubting me even though they sized her when we bought the ring. Not satisfied at all.

Had an awesome experience today with Sarah & Brittany. The two of them took exceptional care of my fiancé and myself, all while dealing with my high energy kiddo. A big thanks to Sarah, Brittany & the rest of the staff for all their help.

I waited to write a Review after I actually had a good amount of experience with this store.. First I will say that the quality and selection is pretty good.. The cons that I had were... The first time looking for a certain Pandora selection they did not have.. They do online but the employee at the time did not ask or advise anything of how they could get it..in fact she actually said it was discontinued.. It was not.. Almost kind of a forced buying from her.. Bad experience one.. Second time was having my gf go size the ring I bought her to correct size.. They knew it was a gift.. They actually put the price on it so she could see... Very bad protocol as in a gift.. I know why they do this in ordinary circumstances but for a gift or is a bad form.. I called spoke to manager.. No real apology or real concern from him.. And BTW.. Sizing was wrong when she got it back.. So two strikes so far. I will give one more time to them but not really promising in my opinion. And not affiliated with the store but the actual website for Jared is very poor.. Almost unuseful..

Nothing against the local store but the website is a a fraud. In the checkout portion it said it couldnt process my card and asked me to reenter the info. I did stupidly and it accepted it. I check my acct and its been charged twice! Speak with customer service and they said its my fault for not using a pc....really!!! Itll take 5 business days to refund me unless I contact my bank and its 6 PM on saturday.....REALLY?? ID CONSIDER THAT THEFT!!!!

Just an absolutly amazing place with great selection and staff that not only knows the product but cares more about the person than the sale. I have bought alot of jewlery there over the last couple years and have dealt with many of the staff and each of them have gave me a great buying experience. There is one sales assciate that stands out the most and her name is kate. She helped me through the engagement ring process, along with the wedding band and my ring. Kate made sure that all deadlines were met to make sure we had our rings in time for our wedding. Even now when i walk in there all the sales associate great me by name still till this day and treat me with the up most respect. I will admit i am not a very easy customer i am very specific in what i want and kate dealt with all my quirks with a smile and helped me and my wife create a one of a kind ring that will always be unique. All in all the whole store is a great buying experience there is not pressure when buying and if there isnt anything there they will help you find what your looking for. Also another thing to mention is there service center. The staff there care about the jewlery and do exceptional work. The service center staff will walk you through what they are doing and do wahtever it takes to either fix or enhance the jewlery. Definitly will be buying more jewlery from there in the future and visiting just to say hi and getting rings cleaned and inspected.

Don not only knows his jewelry, but is a great person. He and his assistant helped me pick out a beautiful engagement ring that my fiancé loves. Don also helped me get a rebate on interest charged on my Jared account, because of error that I made. He couldve looked the other way, especially since it was my mistake, but he went out of his way to help me. My fiancé and I are looking forward to picking out our wedding bands at Jareds with Dons help!
