This was my first experience dealing with Muscle connection. From the time I contacted Muscle Connection the feedback I got was tremendous. Jason was very timely in calling me back to set up an appointment to come in and see what they had to offer. Jason was very patient and not pushy at all. He gave me plenty of time to try the equipment myself after he demonstrated everything the machine could do. This was a big deal for me being able to actually get on a piece of equipment and try it versus viewing something online and trying to decide if its really what you need. The showroom was extremely clean too. I have been a gym member for over 27 years so this was a big decision for me to transition from being a gym a member to building my own home gym. I could not be happier with my purchase of the Inspire FT2 Functional Trainer. Trust me when I tell you this is a quality piece of equipment. I would highly recommend Muscle Connection and Jason Pridon for all of you home fitness needs.I came back here to edit my post because I forgot to mention the two outstanding individuals who came to set up my FT2 Functional Trainer. Shame on me for not mentioning Jim and Tom in my initial post. These guys were great. Nothing but business from both of them. It was like watching surgeons at work while they set up my equipment. They are careful, kind, considerate, and most importantly clean. When they left my home there wasnt the even the tiniest piece of packaging material left behind. These guys are first class and Muscle Connection is lucky to have them.

This was our first experience with Muscle Connection - and it was terrific. Our salesperson, Jason Pridon, spent several hours with us over two days of shopping. He encouraged us to spend time and test the cardio equipment and he answered every question as he explained the equipment in detail. We found that Jason has years of experience in this field and is part of a very friendly and helpful team at Muscle Connection. The store is organized, well stocked and very clean. We never felt pressured by Jason. The entire experience made us feel very comfortable recommending this store, and Jason specifically, to anyone looking for high quality cardio equipment and a professional salesperson to match.

I normally do not write reviews but my experiences with the Muscle Connection team have been extraordinary. I have been dealing with the owner John Straub for a least a decade and he has always been fair, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The new showroom is clean, organized and well stocked with all the most current residential and commercial equipment. John provides a no pressure sales environment. The delivery and assembly team is the best in the business and they have maneuvered several heavy 500 pound commercial cardio exercise machines to the second floor of my townhome and never caused any damage to my floors, walls or railings. Marvin, the service manager has worked on my equipment for years and nothing gets by him. He treats every piece of equipment like it is his own and he is courteous, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. You will not find a better place to meet your exercise equipment needs.
