Gile and Terry have gone above and beyond to make sure my miele experience was a pleasant one. Usually the sales force moves on once you have gotten your product. These two individuals not only assisted me in choosing the right product for my needs but if a problem arose they immediately took ownership and followed through to make sure I as a customer was satisfied.They both have a caring professional personality and it comes across with their constant follow thru. I have had so many negative experiences with various vendors during this “covid” time that i felt it necessary when i saw something outstanding i needed to take the time for this review. Thank you again for all your assistance .
I am posting this as a review of a Miele product, not the Experience center. My Miele dishwasher is rusting inside after only 5 years. It has been very difficult for me to speak to someone in the Miele USA customer service department. After 2 weeks I finally spoke to the right person, only to be told I could purchase a replacement part for over 400$.Shouldn’t a very expensive appliance work properly for more than 5 years?Shouldn’t an “upscale brand” stand behind their products?I’m extremely dissatisfied with this company.That being said, I did have a good experience with the staff at Experience Center in Boca before I purchased my dishwasher.
Worst experience ever, twice in a row. We went there after several phone calls went unanswered. We were not let in at 4:30 pm when no customer was in the store. Tracy stated she has to do paperwork at her desk and she closes at 5 pm.We made another appointment by calling the main number and using the extension for the boca location. Apparently, the customer service representative I spoke with set up this appointment to some location other than boca Raton, without stating so. There was no confirmation email to tell us to go somewhere else.Needless to say we were turned away by Tracy one more time.We called the main number for customer service who then just transferred us back to the boca store. Where no one picks up the phone.A wild goose chase. Is this Miele experience these days?
I love the Miele Experience Center in Boca Raton. Their appliances are amazing. I am always greeted with a smile. Tracy and Gili are super knowledgeable and welcoming. They take their time and answer all the question. It is a pleasure doing business with them!
Its a beautiful place. The setup is just perfect. They have the most modern appliances. They are top, top quality. Everything is designed flawlessly. The women I met there were quite knowledgeable and so friendly. It was an extreme pleasure.
The Miele showroom is well organized and showcases their appliances. The freshly made espresso is also very nice.
This showroom is well thought out. The displays draw you in and help with visualizing how the units would look in your own home. The staff are so inviting and knowledgeable, like having a trusted friend fill me in on all the details. I just have to return for a cooking class so I can tryout that induction cooktop.
