Not your typical auto repair shop! Thankfully!! They really want to make you happy, they communicate well. They professionally do the work for a lot less than my Mercedes dealer. They even called me a few days later to see if we were happy with their work. Wow!!

Best BMW mechanic shop I have ever been. Extensive knowledge and very professional. No games just straight to the point. Amazing follow-ups with very detailed explanations about what is going on. Bmw Dealer couldnt find the issue, they figured it out less then 24 hours. Polite, timely and efficient. So far my 335i runs perfect. We recently made a decision to keep our 2014 Mercedes Cabriolet as it only has 23k miles, runs perfectly and looks brand new, but needed some maintenance as it is 7 years old. After a long search we decided on Shores Automotive and boy did we ever make the right decision. Amazing group of people to work with from the family ownership to the professional staff and mechanical engineers. If you are looking for high quality workmanship at 1/3 the Mercedes dealership cost, this is definitely the shop for you. And I almost forgot todays follow up call from owner Billy that goes a long way with me too. I wont even think about going elsewhere. See ya again guys.

I went to Shores Automotive Inc twice. I gave this company a try On 4/27/21 & 5/14/21. I paid in total $1693.68 in cash & $451.22 by debit card, totaling $2144.90 spent in total. Billy Craven, the owner lies with a fake kindness and once he frauds you his whole demeanor changes. He is a con artist a crook that will lie to you with a smile. I specifically advised Billy Craven at Shores Automotive that I was looking for a mechanic that I can trust. And I told him that in order for me not to be worried about doing the transmission fluid change, by giving his business a chance versus Mercedes Benz dealership is that Liquid Moly must be put in my car for the transmission fluid change. Billy assured me that Liquid Moly will be put into the car. He even billed me at a higher amount for the use of liquid moly than what his shop normally charges. The red flag was that he billed me at 6 quartz when my car takes 9 quartz. However, after noticing the take off speed not being as fast as before, I discovered by another mechanic shop when I got an oil change and full inspection done that Shores Automotive never used liquid moly. I was told that the transmission fluid change was never even done based on the observation of the oil. I was also advised that the other services that I had paid for such as cabin air filter replacement and right suspension work was never done. In addition, I was advised that Shores Automotive had broken my engine/transmission mounts that hold up my engine, leaving my transmission sitting lower and out of place than where it should. When I reached out to Billy the owner of Shores Automotive, it took him 4 days to respond. However, when Billy was befriending me to spend money at his shop he was very responsive. Billys text response was pure sarcasm and mockery. Instead of him requesting that I come back to the shop so that he can take a look at what the other mechanic advised & resolve the issue, Billy responded with exclamation marks in his text responses, basically implying a mood of anger. Billy then ended his mockery text messages with the words, thank you for sharing your thoughts. After I responded and advised Billy Craven that I was aware of how he mocked me for services that he did not perform, Billy discontinued all forms of communication. I am out of $2144.90 to have my car fixed, which is not easy to come by for services that were never done. I was then mocked by the Billy Craven the owner of Shores Automotive with all communication cancelled. Since Billy knows that he committed such fraud, Billy will not communicate with me. It is evident that he has frauded me and it has been done with the situation of Shores Automotive leaving me being at a total loss of $2144.90 with an Oh well approach. Family businesses like Shores Automotive Inc who knowingly and intentionally steal, lie and charge for fraudulent auto repair services should cease to be in business and they should cease to exist. As a family business, Shores Automotive Inc should run an establishment where Billy doesnt steal and lie since this family auto repair business is their only means of future survival. Billy Craven is a liar. And now I am sitting here with the money spent for services that my car needed and was supposed to have. I am requesting that your commission investigate Shores Automotive and review the proof sent to your commission. I should be refunded. I need to be refunded. Shores Automotive should be shut down for fraud. Get your car checked by a second mechanic if you use their services. The Christian atmosphere and 3 bibles sitting out are all masks to hide this thieving shop.

Extraordinary service with a home town feel you cant find in any auto repair shop. The team of staff from the receptionist, the mechanic including the owner who all truly care about your experience. They are detailed oriented and saved me thousands of dollars. They even pointed out repairs that I could have covered under my factor warranty and sent me back to the dealership where it was fully covered at no charge. Trustworthy, exceptional service and my mechanic, Conrad, treated my car as if it was his own. Great place!!!

My warranty ran out and needed a reliable place to have work done. Found this place through a circular and am I quite satisfied with my decision. The place was well run and the employees were cordial and competent. Found their pricing extremely reasonable considering anything having to do with BMW can cost a small fortune. An added bonus is I didnt have to drive 40 minutes to the dealer.

Located a source of water intrusion into my car’s rear battery compartment. Replaced rear hatch weatherstrip and ruled out all the other possible water intrusion sources.Excellent service and Communication. Worked with me to get my car back in a timely fashion to go on a planned trip on time. Highly recommend them.

Although they specialize in BMW and Mercedes, they installed two tires, balanced all four, rotated them, and performed a full alignment on my Range Rover Sport during my last visit. Very nice atmosphere when I arrived for my oil change on my MB C 250.Went there just because I got an Ad by mail, according to then they perform maintenance much cheaper than a dealership.Got a couple of recomendation to be perform on my car........for example replace the air filter and cabin filter quote 269 $.Did It in a different Maintenance Shop specialize in this kind of cars.........for 169 $. Make your own personal conclusion!!! Wont take my car again because of these review .So be aware only write good reviews !!!!

I have had my BMW and my wifes Lexus serviced with them for years. They take the time to explain and advise what is needed, not just sell parts. Billy was amazing. My experience with Shores Automotive was incredible! He did keep my car for 5 days, but he called everyday and made sure I had an update. He never left me just sitting in the dark, wondering what was going on with my car. He was very honest about everything and very kind. He did everything he could to save me money. This is the guy I trust with my Benz from now on.

Love bringing my car to Shores Automotive. I regularly take my car to the dealership for an oil change. Along with that they run a diagnostic test and print out a report with all the items that require immediate attention with a quote. I bring that report to Billy who checks out my car and lets me know which items are critical and which can wait. I appreciate his honesty as the dealer makes it sound like they all need to be taken care of immediately. More importantly he is able to do the work and save me between 25% to 40% of the amount quoted. I trust Billy 100% with my car.

Amazing experience!!! I went to the Mercedes dealership a couple of times and they were telling me that there is nothing wrong with my AC... When the warranty expired, they were finally able to diagnose the problem, but now I had to pay over $1600 out of pocket...I brought my car to Billy at Shores automotive, they diagnosed the problem the first time and fixed it for half the price!!! They are honest and professional!!!! Highly recommend!

Having just moved to Delray Beach from my hometown (where I knew everyone), it was a scary task to find someone I could trust to work on my E350 Mercedes. I chose Shores Automotive strictly from their reviews (primarily on google), which were stellar. My experience with Billy and Conrad was amazing. First, I called the shop at 7:30 am, and Billy, the owner, answered the phone himself -- points for that alone -- and told me to bring the car in that same day. Second, he offered to do the computer diagnostic free of charge to try and nail down my problem. It was correctly diagnosed, part was ordered, and car was ready the next day. They both went out of their way to explain the issues involved, and called us as each step progressed to let us know what was going on and what the costs were looking like. Finally, when we picked up the car, Billy told us hed be calling in a week to check that everything was as it should be. You will not find a nicer couple of guys, and my husband and I will be using them for any repairs we need on our Mercedes and BMW.

I overpaid him in cash by accident. He ran out to give me back the extra. He is definitely honest!

I dont understand so many great reviews here . Makes one wonder . I wont give my business if they can not quote basic srevice repairs cost over the phone . Called firestone and no issue for basic service quote over the phone and was happy to give my business to them .

I never used them but who would go to a shop that refuses to give u a quote over the phone like routine rear brake replacement for a car. He says well we dont know how many brake pads u have. I say ummm, google it. Im sure there are manuals. I say do u charge for bringing my car and seeing how many brake pads. He says yes. Click. Called delray honda.. u have 2 in front, 2 in back and it costs $230 for front and $230 for back. I would never use an automotive place like Shores and i see most positive reviews. U wonder... are they from their family and friends?
